Apartment holiday rentals in Franklin County

I was just passing through for a night and this place suited me perfectly! Easy to find, friendly and responsive host, very clean, and the little extras like bottled water, coffee, and granola bars were a great touch. I’d love to visit Frankfort again and would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed at Phyllis’s. We loved all the amenities in the apartment and felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive to many distilleries. Would not hesitate to book again if visiting Frankfort.

Beautiful spotlessly clean home with a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen with washer and dryer and lovely living room to relax and read or enjoy tv.

First time staying in a Air B&B and it was a beyond great experience! Will for sure stay here when we come back to visit more distilleries!

This place is great on its own. We loved it. But the absolute best part is that you can walk down the steps and be steps from shops and restaurants. We had an amazing dinner at Serafina and then just sat outside. So many people out and about. Everyone super friendly. Love, love this place!

Beds were comfortable, towels were nice and a Kuerig was available with k-cups provided. They even supplied little soaps, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Great option for a bourbon trail trip.

Absolutely loved this little gem. It was perfectly located and provided us a relaxing stay in the heart of Frankfort. Remarkably clean and thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciated the timely check-in code as well as all the local recommendations given. Definitely check out Hoggys ice cream at the corner. Thank you Craig + Amy! The Bourbon Belle was a great place to stay in Frankfort. Super cute and clean inside, comfy beds, great kitchen. Close to the capitol and to several distilleries.

This place is a super cute historical building on a beautiful street in Frankfort, the capital of KY. Incredible attention to detail, updated kitchen and bathroom, awesome decor… looks better in person. 5 minutes from Buffalo Trace and a bunch of other distilleries. 100% recommend!

We had a great weekend at the Bourbon Suite in Frankfort, KY! The space was clean, cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful—reaching out ahead of our stay to inform us about flooding in the area and offering to accommodate us however needed. They kept us updated on city closures, which made everything stress-free. It was an ideal location for celebrating my husband's birthday with visits to nearby distilleries like Woodford Reserve, Wild Turkey, Castle & Key and Glenns Creek, plus a few great wineries. Would definitely recommend for a bourbon country escape!

This is a great location if you are visiting the Kentucky distilleries. Several are in the Frankfort area, the other major ones are within a on hour drive. The condo was fresh and clean even in the old historic building which only adds to the charm. The location is one block from the entertainment area with loud street music but is insulated from the noise which is a huge plus. It is also great that the checkout procedures are simple, lock the door and leave!

The place was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel quality. My friends said the twin beds were also comfortable and slept well also. Parking lot is in the back private can’t see from street. If you are coming to Kentucky to visit distilleries it’s the place to stay. Centrally located. Can be in Louisville,Lexington and Bardstown in an hour or less. I plan on staying here again the next time I come. Can’t go wrong by booking here.

The place was gorgeous and very clean! We felt safe and right at home. Ben was super nice and the entire process was smooth. We would definitely use again!

Phyllis’s place was great. We were in town with another couple to visit some distilleries for my husband’s birthday. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed for a great weekend. There were many great places to eat, get coffee and sweet treats all within walking distance and many of the distilleries close by. Would totally stay again. Parking spot for the apartment was a little right and a spot to sit outside and enjoy the evenings would be nice but there were plenty of spots in town to do so.

Joseph was a great host, with clear and concise instructions and a very clean and well maintained place to stay. Would love to book again!

Great apartment, clean and cozy. Location was great and convenient. Only “complaint” we had is the small and low shower. Other than that, great!

Everything went great, location was perfect

Stayed here with friends for a wedding in downtown Lexington. The apartment was easy to access, walkable to everywhere we needed to go, and had plenty of space for our group! My only clarification is that the listing says they offer 2 parking spaces, however one of those spaces is reserved for the other rental unit, there is only one space available to use with this rental. However the host provided other parking options in the neighborhood and was quick to respond, it ended up not being an issue.
