Marie is a warm, available, responsive and accommodating host for check-in and checkout times. Check-in and checkout instructions are clear and there is plenty of information on activities to discover in the area. The apartment is very well-equipped, extremely clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The cottage is located in a beautiful, peaceful environment, and the terrace is lovely. The Wifi works very well and the free parking in front of the accommodation is very much appreciated. I would recommend this place without reservation!

Chateau des Francs is where a romantic soul will find refuge without having to compromise anything on the quality of modern life. Everything was as expected and, on many levels, even beyond. Our group of 10 people was comfortably hosted in one wing of the castle. Apart from being a very historical place (a tour guided by knowledgeable and kind Pauline will provide many helpful explanations about the latest 1,500 years :)), all modern amenities are also present. The rooms are huge, probably some of the largest you will ever find in any accomodation. Dining on the terrace is a great experience, never to be forgotten. Having access to a car is essential (the hosts will be happy to help with various transfers, should the need arise). Access to groceries, resturants etc. is quite easy though and within 15-20 minutes will probably find anything you need. No heavy traffic! Didier and Petra are wonderful hosts. The results of their work is amazing.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was super clean and very well equipped — nothing was missing, from the air conditioning to the fully stocked kitchen. The rooms were super comfortable, and the terrace was ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The house is also fully accessible, which we really appreciated. Nathalie and Yann were amazing hosts — kind, respectful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt at home from the very beginning. The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from Saint-Émilion, and the surroundings are simply beautiful. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it!
