Monthly Rentals in Fouleix

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

A big thank you to Sylvette for hosting us and for her discretion. A peaceful place to gather in peace and quiet and enjoy the cottage and private pool! The location is perfect between Perigueux and Bergerac! Thanks again to Sylvette and I would fully recommend the cottage.

really perfect, I had taken the place with my grandma and everything was really perfect. communication before coming was perfect, really nice and attentive. he was even kind enough to allow us to have bed linen after a discussion between us. responsive in messages and when we arrived he let us settle in quickly because we were a little behind. always available when we had a question, the perfect accommodation, everything was as advertised. peaceful calm, the terrace very pleasant really the noises of nature and that's it. all the necessary amenities really a very nice place and a smiling, funny and always available host

The cottage has a lot of character, the two bedrooms upstairs have a lot of charm and are very pleasant… beautiful kitchen space, very well equipped and a superb landscaped environment.
