Cozy & Private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house! 420 & Pet Friendly! Has a smaller sized dog door leading to fenced in area. Bigger dogs ok, just can't fit through dog door. Private off street parking. Less than 5 mins from anything you need! (Walmart, many restaurants and fast food, gas, pet store, and more) CLEAN 6 person Hot Tub. Nice massage chair. 3 TV's w/ROKU. Washer/Dryer. Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

Melissa was a wonderful host - a proactive communicator, providing detailed instructions and available for questions when we needed her. Would love to stay again when we travel back to Colorado Springs!
