Fantastic little cottage and well appointed. If I had more people with me we would have enjoyed the outdoor gazebo and fire pit. Easy access although be prepared that it is off of a dirt road so it can get a little bouncy. Had no issues getting in or out of the neighborhood. This area gives you the peace of the countryside but equidistant access to Charlottetown or some amazing beaches and restaurants along the shore. It's also very convenient to other locations on the south eastern side of the island. Supermarket shopping is less than a 10 minute ride with access to everything you need. The cottage is very well appointed for your everyday needs with cooking or anything else. Sitting out on the front screened porch with the view of the pond only a little ways away was very special so if you are looking for some quiet time with a book this is the place for you! I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

Great place that's close to a nice walking trail. AC worked well during the heat wave we saw while we stayed there. The host responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had what we needed. would recommend for anyone staying in PEI needing a central location that is quiet but still close to the capital. For future trips we would book again!
