Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Moneti. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très réactifs et agréables. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine ;)

This is the most peaceful place I have experienced in a long long time. It slumbers amid the lush green Tuscan hills, bathed in sunlight with abundant birdsong and beautiful flowers. It is comforting to me to know that such peaceful and tranquil places still exist amid this crazy world we live in. My days there always started with a hot shower by the swimming pool, a relaxing swim, half an hour lying on the sunbed followed by coffee and breakfast on the patio. There are a couple of local restaurants and a small grocery store just minutes away by car in Grezzano and Luco Mugello which are well worth a visit. People are friendly and helpful and in most cases understand the English language. Borgo san Lorenzo is just fifteen minutes away by car and has a convenient train station with ample parking where I caught trains into the center of Florence. Most of the interesting places are within walking distance of the station. One day I changed trains in Florence and spent a day in Venice.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze unieke villa! Francesca is een ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ze komt elke ochtend en avond even langs om het zwembad te openen/sluiten en de tuin te bewateren – een kleine inbreuk op de privacy, maar met charme gebracht. De villa is ruim en comfortabel: wij waren met het ouderlijk gezin, partners en kinderen, en iedereen had een eigen badkamer. Het zwembad (op verzoek verwarmd) is afsluitbaar met een hek – heel fijn en veilig met kleine kinderen. Wat je nergens anders ziet: werkelijk álle muren zijn beschilderd met 3D-ornamenten. Geen idee hoe het kan, maar het werkt! De tuin is prachtig, al wel wat glooiend, dus hou daar rekening mee. In de omgeving kun je fietsen huren, er is veel te zien en eten kan van simpel tot super-de-luxe. Kortom: een aanrader! Francesca, bedankt – de dronebeelden zijn onderweg!

Guido ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Hauptvilla hat drei Zimmer mit großen Queensize Betten und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten, dazu gibt es fünf Badezimmer. In einem Extrahaus gibt es nochmal ein Doppelbett mit Bad, jedoch deutlich älter als das Haupthaus und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind absolute Highlights zusammen mit dem super gepflegten Garten! Wir konnten nachts Glühwürmchen sehen. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt eher schlicht und und alles hätte sauberer sein können. Sonst super :) Danke Guido P.S.: Internet funktioniert nur im Haupthaus

Siamo andati in questa meravigliosa casa per Pasqua, due famiglie con bambini… Che dire… immersa nella natura, circondata da frutteti, la villa è così come viene descritta, pulita e perfetta sé si hanno bambini, potevano giocare all’esterno e correre in sicurezza. Ci sono molte lepri che corrono in libertà tra i frutteti cosa che per me è stata piacevole. La signora Valeriana gentilissima così come il signor Antonio, ci hanno fatto trovare delle uova di Pasqua per i bambini, succhi di frutta, una crostata e dei biscotti, ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare anche per il pranzo di Pasquetta visto che cercavamo un ristorante di pesce sul mare e ci siamo trovati molto bene, disponibili e ospitali qualità che ho spesso trovato andando in vacanza in questa regione. Direi tutto perfetto e il fatto di essere immersi nella natura a me personalmente da una pace enorme. Consiglio questa villa assolutamente, il mare e a mezz’ora di macchina, c’è un paesino vicino ben servito, e Mirabilandia a20m

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We were a group of 32 with young to older childern. What a wonderfull stay. The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and was always ready to help with questions or recommendations, writing often about interesting events, markets and towns to visit. She also gifted us 2 Evening meals which were both very tasty. The House was amazing, had everything we needed, was clean and had a lot of space. One could see that a lot of love and thought went into this house. The Location is beautiful, in a very small town in the hills of Toscany, 10 min from Pratovecchio which has a large grocery, petrolstation and smaller cafès. If you want to relax, enjoy the food, wine and countryside Toscany has to offer, this is the place for you. There is really nothing negative we can say about our stay there. The House and Hostess were amazing.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with a truly warm host!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nella villa di Idetta e Leonardo insieme a due amici – semplicemente fantastico! La casa è bellissima, arredata con tanto gusto e amore per i dettagli, e la posizione è da sognare! Il vero highlight? La piscina! Idetta e Leonardo sono due host super simpatici ❤️ accoglienti e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissima! Grazie di tutto 🌸🌞🥰

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

Perfect family stay, beautiful home with plenty of space for us all. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and places to be together as a whole family. Lots of bathrooms, clean large luxurious towels The pool was lovely. WiFi could be intermittent so not always god enough for streaming but we found other things to do. Air conditioning was not always effective however there were plenty of fans in the property as an alternative. Would absolutely recommend this home and hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing place to stay goth friends or family! Very cozy, lazy, fresh air, amazing view from each window! The interior and exterior is such a beauty and aestetic😍 Pinterest vibe all around! The kitchen is fully supplied, dish washer/washing mashing,two bathrooms,airon,fireplace and a lot of kids stuff too! We were travelling in April and it was a bit cold at night, because rooms are big. Very friendly family and cats:) Love this place!planing to go back one day for sure!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Casa immersa nella natura, in zona silenziosissima (si sentono solo gli uccellini e ogni tanto il campanaccio di mucche in lontananza), facilmente raggiungibile da una strada non trafficata. Il luogo è ideale per chi, come me e mio marito, cerca una fuga dallo stress della città e un sano isolamento nella natura. Il bel parco recintato con piscina privata invoglia a rimanere a oziare a casa e riposarsi, con vista sulle montagne e in compagnia della dolce gattina che circola nella proprietà. La privacy è assicurata anche dal garbo e dalla discrezione della simpatica e accogliente host Valentina e dei suoi genitori, che cercano di tenere la manutenzione della piscina e del giardino possibilmente se gli ospiti sono assenti. Luogo ideale anche per elettrosensibili: pur essendo a disposizione il servizio di connessione wifi satellitare, la host non ha avuto problemi, in seguito alla mia richiesta, a staccare ogni wireless dall'appartamento, che risulta anche distante da antenne.

Le paradis en Toscane ! Une propriété incroyable , une piscine de rêve , une maison fantastique . Nous étions 4 personnes , 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain , 2 cuisines intérieures et une cuisine extérieur , un coin repas avec vue sur la Toscane.... Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence , Sienne , Lucca , Pise , San Gimignano , Pienza et la vallée d'Orcia. Tout est incroyablement pensé pour passer un séjour de rêve ! La piscine est nettoyée tous les 2 jours afin d'en profiter en fin de journée. Tiziana et Gianna sont des personnes adorables pour vous guider au mieux durant votre séjour. Une expérience exceptionnelle à renouveler dès que possible !

Francesco et sa famille ont été adorables : accueillants, de bon conseil (sur la région notamment), souples (arrivée tardive nous concernant, et non prévue), chaleureux. Le lieu est parfait : propre, frais à l'intérieur, confortable, le jardin est divin, ainsi que tout le mobilier extérieur et la piscine aux dimensions parfaites pour adultes et enfants. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, et surtout, exactement comme nous l'espérions ! Il est également possible de recharger le véhicule électrique à domicile ce qui peut parfois être très important ! Enfin, nous avons pu partager de bons moments conviviaux avec Francesco et sa famille, qui parlent un anglais meilleur que le mien ! ;-) N'hésitez pas à leur demander de l'huile d'Olive ! Ils en produisent, et elle est très bonne. Ayant été hôte pendant de nombreuses années, j'étais curieux de comprendre "comment" Francesco pouvait maintenir 5 étoiles sur la durée (car c'est quasi impossible...) et bien, j'ai compris et bravo !

Villa di Catarsena is an incredibly beautiful villa and Giorgio and Tania are wonderful, patient hosts. The photos do not do it justice - spectacular views, beautiful antique furnishings, blooming roses, and stunning en suite bedrooms. It was perfect for 12 people but you could certainly have fit more! We absolutely loved spending our days enjoying the villa, playing ping pong, hanging out with the dogs, swimming in the pool, making dinner and eating together in the outdoor space. Giorgio and Tania were very kind and generous hosts. We are a lively bunch in our late twenties and were very patient with us playing loud music in the evening. We really appreciated this, allowing us to feel relaxed to use the space. Tania also drove us to the car hire place when needed. This was a huge help to us - thank you! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable holiday - we would love to return if you would have us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa — it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The house, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning and incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Giulia is an amazing host: warm, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!
