Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Follonica

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

L’appartamento di Massimiliano è molto comodo e spazioso essendo un open space con cucina ben fornita e letti molto comodi . Ottima zona tranquilla , ma vicinissima al centro di Suvereto e a 20 minuti circa dal mare con area esterna sempre molto utile . Host molto gentile e preciso e indicazioni molto precise per l’appartamento. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo e speriamo di poterci tornare !

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und dickes Dankeschön an Camilla die sich um alles kümmert. Bei uns zum Beispiel um die Reservierung eine Tennisplatzes. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico grazie all'ospitalità e all'entusiasmo di Barbara e Emmanuele, che hanno avuto la gentilezza di trascorre dei momenti indimenticabili con noi, nonostante i loro obblighi lavorativi. L'appartemento è impeccabile : pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. La loro casa è ben situata nella Toscana meridionale, poco distante da centri culturali e archeologici come vetulonia, massa marittima o Grosseto. Belle spiagge son a solo 1/4 d'ora, 20 mn di macchina come Follonica o Castiglione. Insomma se passate in zona, veramente non esitate, fiondatevi ! una caro abbraccio Brenda & Francesco

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa dei Remi und Giovanna ist eine total herzliche und besondere Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Dank Giovannas vielen Empfehlungen für die Gegend (Aktivitäten und Restaurants) hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Giovanna stand uns wie eine persönliche Assistentin zur Seite, ohne aufdringlich zu sein und das war wirklich etwas sehr Besonderes! Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben..Wir empfehlen sie jedem Gast ⭐️

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Mario & Cristina’s place. The house was absolutely beautiful, (and has a really cool history; it was fun to stay in such a historic building) and the garden was so so lovely! (We loved hanging out with Signore Tartaruga! 🐢) Located right in beautiful medieval San Gimignano, close to everything you need (especially the world’s best gelato at Dondoli’s!) It was a wonderful stop on our honeymoon and San Gimignano will have a special place in our hearts forever! Grazie mille Mario e Cristina! We hope we can return one day!

We zijn 5 nachten op dit prachtige adres geweest. Heel dicht bij San Gimignano maar toch met een rustige ligging. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap én op San Gimignano. De ruimte was erg netjes en schoon, in het echt was het nog beter dan op de foto’s. Roberto en zijn vrouw waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en onderhouden de locatie en de tuin erg goed. We hebben een top verblijf gehad en hopen hier eens terug te komen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Perfekt für einen Strand Badeurlaub. Saubere moderne Wohnung, gute Lage. Auch die Stadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erinnert vom Baustil etwas an Appartements wie man sie z.B bei Center Park findet. Im Juni ging es von der Hitze her noch, da man aber nur auf einer Seite lüften kann und keinen Durchzug hat und das Gebäude sich im Gegensatz zu traditionellen toskanischen Gebäuden mit dicken Wänden doch gegen Abend recht auflädt, wäre es uns glaube ich im July August bei 36 grad oder mehr zu heiß geworden in der Wohnung um es aushalten zu können. Bei 29 grad im Juni war es aber noch okay. Ansonsten könnte ich unzählige Dinge aufzuzählen die uns gefallen haben, wir waren voll umfänglich zufrieden. Perfekte Gastgeber

Tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Gastgeber, haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß unternehmen, Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte Lidl, Coop, Coop City und Penny in der Nähe. Freitags ist ein großer schöner Wochenmarkt auch in der Nähe und man kann bei einem Spaziergang auch sehr gut zur Strandpromenade kommen. Sonntags waren dort auch Stände aufgebaut. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt zwischen den Feldern in absoluter Ruhe. Wir konnten in der Idylle sehr gut entspannen. Alles ist innen und außen sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist man dann auch sehr schnell im hübschen Hafenort und kann gut essen gehen und einkaufen. David war stets für Rückfragen ansprechbar. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Wszystko od początku do końca wspaniale. Gospodyni, warunki mieszkaniowe, klimat, widok, społeczność miejscowa, okolice. Ja i moje przyjaciółki jesteśmy zachwycone tym miejscem. Scarlino i mieszkanie Valentiny polecam serdecznie.

Wunderschöne Dachwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Dach und verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Elba und das Tyrrhenische Meer – ein echtes Highlight. Gastgeberin: Gaia war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausstattung & Zustand: Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub in Italien benötigt – inklusive Klimaanlage. Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (COOP), das Stadtzentrum, eine Badebucht, Bäckerei und Pizzeria sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Hinweis: Die Nähe zu einer Verkehrsstraße bringt eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mit sich, die von lärmempfindlicheren Gästen eventuell wahrgenommen wird. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns herzlich bei Gaia.

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Alloggio ottimo, casa come da foto e descrizione, locata in un piccolo paesino molto carino. Struttura pulita e ordinata, Host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e gentile.

Mauro è sempre stato estremamente disponibile per ogni chiarimento o richiesta. L'alloggio è ben tenuto e ben fornito di tutto il necessario (un sacco di stoviglie accessori per la cucina). La posizione è strategica per raggiungere il mare o il centro di Follonica. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità delle biciclette.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Blown away, we will be back many times

Jag bodde i Flavias lägenhet tillsammans med min mamma. Vi har haft fantastiska dagar och Flavia är en utomordentlig värd. Allt från fint välkomnande, extra service, fin lägenhet, vacker omgivning... Vi fick hjälp både innan och under vistelsen med lokala tips på allt från restauranger, sevärdheter etc. Jag rekommenderar varmt att besöka Massa Marittima och kommer då mer än gärna bo i Flavias lägenhet igen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Raisa war unfassbar schön. Die Unterkunft und insbesondere die Aussicht ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Raisa hat sich wahnsinnig viel Mühe gegeben uns alles zu angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Hunde (Saila und Yango) sind Mega knuffig, der Pool ist toll und das gesamte Anwesen echt malerisch. Mit dem Auto sind schöne Städtetrips etc. gut machbar und wir würden uns freuen irgendwann nochmal wieder zu kommen.

ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e devo ammettere che è stata la prima volta che al mio arrivo non ho dovuto comprare nulla al di fuori del mangiare ovvio 😊 c'era tutto quello che occorreva per il soggiorno dalle lenzuola pulite alle asciugami, tutto l'occorrente di pentolame per fare da mangiare un bel frigo grande e spazi larghi delle stanze e un favoloso terrazzo con vista mare bellissimo per godersi il tramonto di sera!!! che dire posizione ottima sia per il mare che per raggiungere market , bar, ristoranti...lo consiglio!!!
