The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the characteristic district of Senzuno 300 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the citycenter.It consists of two double bedrooms and a single with bunk bed,kitchen, large living room and bathroom, there is also a dining terrace and a storage room on the ground floor where there is the possibility of putting the equipment for the sea and bicycles, private parking. In the adjacent streets you will find all the services to spend a wonderful holiday.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator and is recently renovated on July 12, 2018. It consists of a double bedroom with a cot, a kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and cellar in the basement with 3 bikes available. It is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher TV) and dining terrace facing the pine forest and the sea. The house is located within walking distance of the pedestrian course, children's supermarket games and all amenities.
