Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Follonica

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

Massimiliano's apartment is very comfortable and spacious, being an open space with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Excellent quiet area, but very close to the center of Suvereto and about 20 minutes from the sea with an outdoor area that is always very useful. Very kind and precise host and very precise directions to the apartment. Overall, a very positive review and we hope to be able to return!

Really very nice accommodation and a big thank you to Camilla who takes care of everything. For example, with us, to reserve a tennis court. Full recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Mario & Cristina’s place. The house was absolutely beautiful, (and has a really cool history; it was fun to stay in such a historic building) and the garden was so so lovely! (We loved hanging out with Signore Tartaruga! 🐢) Located right in beautiful medieval San Gimignano, close to everything you need (especially the world’s best gelato at Dondoli’s!) It was a wonderful stop on our honeymoon and San Gimignano will have a special place in our hearts forever! Grazie mille Mario e Cristina! We hope we can return one day!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful address. Very close to San Gimignano but still in a quiet location. Beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape and San Gimignano. The space was very neat and clean, in real life it was even better than in the photos. Roberto and his wife were very friendly and helpful and maintain the location and garden very well. We had a great stay and hope to come back here!

The place and the attention Marta offers are excellent. A good place to base yourself to visit Tuscany.

A peaceful place, quiet, clean, in nature, we didn't need anything extra in the room

We were very pleased. Perfect for a beach holiday. Clean modern apartment, good location. The city was also within walking distance. The architectural style is reminiscent of apartments such as those found in Center Park, for example. In June, it was still hot, but since you can only ventilate on one side and there is no draft and the building, unlike traditional Tuscan buildings with thick walls, does get quite charged towards evening, I think it would have been too hot for us in July August at 36 degrees or more in the apartment to be able to bear it. At 29 degrees in June, however, it was still okay. Otherwise, I could list countless things we liked, we were fully satisfied. Perfect hosts

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily walk to the beach promenade. On Sundays, there were also stalls set up there. All in all, a very nice vacation. We felt so comfortable between the fields in absolute peace. We were able to relax very well in the idyll. Everything is very well maintained and tastefully furnished inside and out. By car, you can also get to the pretty harbor town very quickly and can go out to eat and shop. David was always available for questions. We would definitely come back.

Everything from the beginning to the end was wonderful. Hostess, living conditions, climate, view, local community, surroundings. My friends and I are delighted with this place. I highly recommend Scarlino and Valentina's apartment.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with a fantastic terrace The apartment is located on the roof and has a very large terrace with a magnificent view of Elba and the Tyrrhenian Sea - a real highlight. Host: Gaia was extremely friendly and accommodating. Equipment & condition: The apartment is in a well-maintained and very clean condition. Everything you need for a successful summer vacation in Italy is available - including air conditioning. Location: Shops (COOP), the city center, a swimming bay, bakery and pizzeria are within walking distance. Please note: The proximity to a busy road brings a certain amount of noise, which may be perceived by guests who are more sensitive to noise. Conclusion: We had a very pleasant stay and thank Gaia very much.

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Excellent accommodation, house as per photos and description, located in a very nice little village. Clean and tidy structure, Host always available for any information and kind.

Mauro has always been extremely available for any clarification or request. The accommodation is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need (lots of kitchenware). The location is strategic to reach the sea or the center of Follonica. The availability of bicycles is very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

The stay at Raisa's was incredibly beautiful. The accommodation and especially the view is much nicer than in the pictures. Raisa has gone to great lengths to make everything as pleasant as possible for us. The dogs (Saila and Yango) are mega cuddly, the pool is great and the entire property is really picturesque. Beautiful city trips etc. are easily doable by car and we would be happy to come back again sometime.

I stayed in this apartment and I must admit that it was the first time that on my arrival I did not have to buy anything other than food😊, obviously there was everything you needed for your stay from clean sheets to towels, all the necessary cookware to cook, a nice large fridge and large spaces in the rooms and a fabulous terrace with beautiful sea view to enjoy the sunset in the evening!!! what can I say, great location both for the sea and to reach markets, bars, restaurants... I recommend it!!!
