House holiday rentals in Follonica

"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

Tutto perfetto, luogo super accogliente e bellissimo. Isabella e la sua famiglia ci ha accolti al meglio e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste durante la nostra GTE dell'elba. Cudowne miejsce, życzliwi ludzie, piękne widoki. Byliśmy 4 osobową rodziną. W tym miejscu wypoczniesz, zrelaksujesz się, pomyślisz i na chwile przystaniesz. Poczujesz się jak w raju. Tu znajdziesz coś dla siebie i dziecka. Bardzo duży, czysty basen, jacuzzi, leżaki, parasole. Piękny sad olwiny. Można pograć w piłkę nożną, w ping ponga. W sadzie zrobisz grilla, a rano jak wstaniesz wypijesz kawe na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Apartament wyposażony rewelacyjnie. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Do miasta 5 min drogi autem. W miescie różnorodność sklepów. Znajdziesz wszystko co chcesz. Stąd dojedziesz w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Bernardino ! Le paysage est magnifique, l’endroit est très propre et la piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Bernardino est un hôte attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Lyndalls Haus in Lecchi in Chianti! Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool waren sogar größer und schöner als erwartet. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag gekocht haben. Auch die Restaurant-Empfehlung im Ort war ein Volltreffer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lyndall!

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “l’alloro” per cinque giorni (quattro notti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Il luogo è riparato e molto tranquillo. L’abitazione è confortevole e pulita. Con noi c’era il nostro cane di taglia grande e non abbiamo trovato difficoltà. Nei paraggi c’è il lago dell’Accesa, molto comodo, ma in ogni caso non eravamo troppo distanti dalle spiagge di Follonica. Un’ottima esperienza.

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Begrüssung, Gastfreundschaft, Kommunikation, Aussicht, Terrasse, Parkplatz alles perfekt! Kleinigkeiten, wie Kalk am Wasserhahn, unbequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnten verbessert weden. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

This apartment was so beautiful and the views were even better. We had an amazing stay here as our base for exploring Tuscany - visiting the Val d’Orcia and the thermal baths were a highlight! Lucia and Marco met us on arrival and were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of advice and places to visit. There was an issue with the boiler but Lucia was straight on it and it was fixed by the time we were home for the day. Thank you so much!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Elisabetta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: sehr hilfreich immer zu erreichen und gibt gerne Tipps für den Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Wirklich alles da und in perfektem Zustand. Modern und vielseitig eingerichtet. Sowohl die "Ortsmitte" von Pescaia als auch der Strand waren schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen rund um die Wohnung. Sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist in der Nachbarschaft (AC und DC). Wir haben die kleine Terrasse genossen. Selbst für unseren Hund waren liebevoll Näpfe, Snackbeutel, ein Liegekissen und eine Wasserflasche extra für den Hund für Unterwegs vorbereitet. Grossartig. Sehr gerne wieder und wir können Elisabetta und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir waren für eine wunderbare Woche Gäste in der Unterkunft von Mariapia. Die Angaben und Wegbeschreibung waren sehr hilfreich. Der eigenhändige Check-in völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Der Außenbereich schön gestaltet mit weitläufigen Garten, wo man unter Aprikosenbaum und Mistel herrlich frühstücken kann. Alles in allem genau was wir wollten, ruhig gelegen und trotzden in ein paar Minuten an unzähligen Zugängen zu Sandstränden und Meer. Vielen Dank, für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Ausstattung ist sehr schön mit stilvollen Möbeln, großem Bad, Küche ist klein aber alles da was man braucht mit zeitgemäßen indukionsherd u. Geräten. Wohnung ist optimal für Pärchen. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Garten in dem wir sehr viele Zeit verbracht haben mit großen Pinien als natürlicher schattenspender. Alessandra und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub…gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt nicht nur wegen der tollen Lage und Umgebung, sie war auch wunderbar eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ranieri. Er war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Massimo and his wife were great hosts. His place was ready and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Massimo was always responsive and helpful. We were staying there for a wedding at La Pescaia and Massimo was kind enough to give us rides when needed. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Außergewöhnlich schöne, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung in einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Anlage! Der schöne, gepflegte Pool ist das i-Tüpfelchen, das die Anlage perfekt macht. Wir haben das viergängige Dinner unter Sternen sehr genossen, in der Umgebung gibt es aber auch so viele gute Restaurants, dass man gar nicht alle ausprobieren kann. Chiara und Stefano sind die perfekten Gastgeber, von ihnen kann man viel Interessantes erfahren! Sie legen auch viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, die Anlage ist autark und im zugehörigen Weingut werden nur Bio-Weine produziert.
