Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

from 15th JULY to 31st AUGUST - Bookings should start on a Saturday and be a minimum of 7 nights or multiples. Nestled in the hills opposite Todi lies our centuries old estate. A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

The pool is shared with other guests. It is not a private pool.

The natural stone house is located above Tuoro amidst rustic stone oaks and olive trees with a lovely view of the lake. All rooms have a ceiling height of 3 m and give a pleasant feeling of space.
