Waterfront holiday rentals in Florida

We spent 4 nights here in February and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was absolutely spotless, and the whole place is maintained with obvious care and pride. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely waterfront view and a dock. Everything is freshly and colorfully painted. The staff are extremely friendly: they helped us find breakfast, they lent us beach towels, and they helped us find a golf cart to rent. There is a kitchen in the apartment, but there is also a shared outdoor kitchen, where we grilled dinner one evening, and met another guest who shared some of his food (pasteles - a Puerto Rican treat). To be clear, this is a hostel, not a hotel: you need to supply your own toiletries, you will be woken up by roosters in the morning, the shower water is not very hot, and you may encounter some mosquitos. But if you want a friendly, super-clean establishment with nice neighbors and good value, this is a great option. We loved this place and hope to come back.

Our stay at Sea Glass Loft was a wonderful experience. We were there for 1 month, and we had everything (and more) that we needed to prepare meals, feel at home and enjoy the gorgeous scenery and beaches. The beach is steps away and perfect for paddleboarding and snorkeling. Ricardo was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful. We could hear and/or see the water from almost every room, and the roof top patio was a beautiful and relaxing retreat. The breeze coming in is perfect for the hotter days and the ACs in the bedrooms were great for sleeping. The location is a quick 7-10 min walk to the ferry and an easy 15 min walk into town. Checkin and checkout were straight forward, and communication with our host was great. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful gateway that is still close to amenities.

The place made us feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need (including a water filter), and the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. But for us, the best perk was that it was very centric. It takes 10-15 minutes to go to get to the main attractions in Vieques. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

Victoria’s place was nice , The rooms were all clean . The kitchen was fully equipped.Roof patio with a beautiful view unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoyed. Highly recommend to rent a car .

Jose's place was perfect. We usually stay on the west side of the island and wanted to explore the east side. It's close to the ports, so we were able to spend a day in Culebra with no issues. It's hard to buy tickets online, so we were able to swing by and buy at the gate in advance. There was a blackout during our stay and Jose reached out right away with instructions to use the generator. The place was clean and well equipped. My son enjoyed the beach equipment and learned how to boogie board. The mattresses were pretty hard, but that seems to be common. Everything was clean and the roof top deck was amazing with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

Paradise Cove Suites is exactly as described - sitting right in front of Playa Bastimento in a quiet residential area. A great steep road across the street to start off morning runs with epic 360 views. The beach out front has a great pool created by a reef barrier. Locals will come in and set up especially on the weekend but were always quiet and left by sundown. A great location. The house is built solid & we never heard the guests downstairs (we checked with them to make sure they couldn't hear us ~ and they couldn't). The onsite laundry was a huge plus. The only word that describes this beautiful place is PARADISE… everything about the island and location was perfect!

From the moment I arrived, this place felt like a dream! The ocean views were literally breathtaking from every area of the house! It was Immaculately clean, very private, and peaceful! I felt like a celebrity in my own private retreat! The host was very helpful and responsive! If you're looking for a getaway that exceeds expectations in every way, this is it!

The house is brand new and perfect! We were able to eat mangoes 🥭 from the back yard. It was only a couple of minutes walk for the Bio luminescent Bay pick up location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would for sure rent this house again upon my return. I recommend renting g a car and beach hop and venture the island. Must do 2 beaches: Caracas Beach for a relaxing day at the beach and Black Sand Beach as there are only 20 of the black sand beaches in the world!

This house was absolutely amazing! I think it’s the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time visiting Vieques. We brought all four of our kids (ages 13,15,19, and 22). This home provided lots of comfortable space and beds for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the towels and the coolers. We packed our lunches every day for the beach. We loved all the outdoor spaces. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patios and even a couple naps in the hammocks. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We helped ourselves to some delicious mangoes from the huge mango tree in the yard. It’s obvious that Jose and Melyssa put a lot of care into their property. They are wonderful hosts. We arrived a day late due to a flight delay. They were very understanding and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. The home was beautiful and in great location. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable and even a few extras. Supermarket or a few blocks away as is the ferry and some great restaurants. Amazing sea glass beach is only a few steps away. We swam in the pool and listened and watched the ocean. It couldn’t have been better.

I had a great time in Luquillo, beautiful and many things to do around.

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely amazing with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. It was clean, and stocked with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Casa del Encanto truly lives up to its name. I visit Puerto Rico every 5 to 7 months, and this was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating stays I’ve had. I originally booked it to assess the location ahead of the upcoming Bad Bunny concert since hotel prices are soaring, but I didn’t want to leave—not even to go to the beach. It was full-on Zen mode for me and my partner. The views, breeze, and privacy were everything. A vehicle is definitely needed, but it’s worth it for the comfort and quiet. Sara and Alex’s hospitality and communication were first class—they made us feel like family. One important tip: go with the restaurant they recommend. We chose Pizzería Rústica—Brooklyn-style pizza and tap beer hit the spot. I’m already planning my return.
