Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally-located property 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal. You'll find groceries, gas stations, food trucks and Avis within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

Private roof terrace with great views of the ocean and the city. Very safe location with private gated entrance. Free wi-fi for all guests and dish network connected TV's. Central air conditioning in the complete apartment and separate air conditioning in both rooms. Washer and Dryer in the Apartment.
