Waterfront holiday rentals in Florida

We spent 4 nights here in February and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was absolutely spotless, and the whole place is maintained with obvious care and pride. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely waterfront view and a dock. Everything is freshly and colorfully painted. The staff are extremely friendly: they helped us find breakfast, they lent us beach towels, and they helped us find a golf cart to rent. There is a kitchen in the apartment, but there is also a shared outdoor kitchen, where we grilled dinner one evening, and met another guest who shared some of his food (pasteles - a Puerto Rican treat). To be clear, this is a hostel, not a hotel: you need to supply your own toiletries, you will be woken up by roosters in the morning, the shower water is not very hot, and you may encounter some mosquitos. But if you want a friendly, super-clean establishment with nice neighbors and good value, this is a great option. We loved this place and hope to come back.

Second time staying here in 5 years and it just keeps getting better! Loved the upgraded TV and Roku. Same beautiful views and having access to a private pool can’t be beat. Area feels safe and secure in a gated community. Jayanne is a great host, always responsive and willing to work with your itinerary for your trip. Her pets are so sweet and well-behaved, loved little miss Peaches! Jayanne’s place has become my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico! Thank you!

La estancia estuvo espectacular. Mis hijos lo disfrutaron muchísimo y aunque fue un fin de semana lluvioso, nos lo gozamos. El apartamento muy cómodo y amplio. Todo lo que necesitas para estar tranquilos y en familia. Disfrutamos de la piscina y la playa. También en la cancha de baloncesto la pasamos súper. Al llegar tenían un hermoso detalle para mi hijo por su cumpleaños 🥰.

The place made us feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need (including a water filter), and the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. But for us, the best perk was that it was very centric. It takes 10-15 minutes to go to get to the main attractions in Vieques. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

Victoria’s place was nice , The rooms were all clean . The kitchen was fully equipped.Roof patio with a beautiful view unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoyed. Highly recommend to rent a car .

The house was relatively easy to find, and I really enjoyed being able to park in the driveway, behind the sliding gate. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook, including some rice, peanut butter, syrups, cereal, and even a couple cans of chef Boyardee! You are right next door to a bar, which can be very noisy at night, but the DJ/loud music would stop around 8 PM (on the weekends). I don’t believe that hey played music on the weekdays. Several nice spots to eat within 5-10 minutes, and the drive to the ferry to Vieques/Culebra wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves across the street, although the beach itself didn’t seem like it was suited for sunbathing/swimming. When we arrived, we ventured over and there was too much sea debris (twigs/tires/palm leaves/etc) to put down a towel. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the balcony of the air bnb (chairs, benches, a picnic bench, etc) and cushions were provided! Would stay again!

Jose's place was perfect. We usually stay on the west side of the island and wanted to explore the east side. It's close to the ports, so we were able to spend a day in Culebra with no issues. It's hard to buy tickets online, so we were able to swing by and buy at the gate in advance. There was a blackout during our stay and Jose reached out right away with instructions to use the generator. The place was clean and well equipped. My son enjoyed the beach equipment and learned how to boogie board. The mattresses were pretty hard, but that seems to be common. Everything was clean and the roof top deck was amazing with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.

Un pedacito de cielo. La estadía fue simplemente hermosa. La vista es espectacular, de esas que te roban el aliento y te invitan a quedarte horas en silencio solo mirando. Todo el lugar transmite paz, tranquilidad y conexión con la naturaleza. Perfecto para desconectar, descansar y encontrarse con uno mismo. La atención fue excelente, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Sin duda volvería. Un lugar que se queda en el alma. ✨

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

The only word that describes this beautiful place is PARADISE… everything about the island and location was perfect!

Paradise Cove Suites is exactly as described - sitting right in front of Playa Bastimento in a quiet residential area. A great steep road across the street to start off morning runs with epic 360 views. The beach out front has a great pool created by a reef barrier. Locals will come in and set up especially on the weekend but were always quiet and left by sundown. A great location. The house is built solid & we never heard the guests downstairs (we checked with them to make sure they couldn't hear us ~ and they couldn't). The onsite laundry was a huge plus. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like a dream! The ocean views were literally breathtaking from every area of the house! It was Immaculately clean, very private, and peaceful! I felt like a celebrity in my own private retreat! The host was very helpful and responsive! If you're looking for a getaway that exceeds expectations in every way, this is it!

The house is brand new and perfect! We were able to eat mangoes 🥭 from the back yard. It was only a couple of minutes walk for the Bio luminescent Bay pick up location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would for sure rent this house again upon my return. I recommend renting g a car and beach hop and venture the island. Must do 2 beaches: Caracas Beach for a relaxing day at the beach and Black Sand Beach as there are only 20 of the black sand beaches in the world!

This house was absolutely amazing! I think it’s the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time visiting Vieques. We brought all four of our kids (ages 13,15,19, and 22). This home provided lots of comfortable space and beds for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the towels and the coolers. We packed our lunches every day for the beach. We loved all the outdoor spaces. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patios and even a couple naps in the hammocks. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We helped ourselves to some delicious mangoes from the huge mango tree in the yard. It’s obvious that Jose and Melyssa put a lot of care into their property. They are wonderful hosts. We arrived a day late due to a flight delay. They were very understanding and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. The home was beautiful and in great location. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable and even a few extras. Supermarket or a few blocks away as is the ferry and some great restaurants. Amazing sea glass beach is only a few steps away. We swam in the pool and listened and watched the ocean. It couldn’t have been better.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Naguabo Condo! The highlight was definitely the private rooftop patio with its breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The private beach was a dream for swimming and relaxing, and the community pool was a great bonus. The location was ideal—close enough to Naguabo to enjoy local culture, food, and charm, while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The entire experience was relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

El apt es hermoso! Fue nuestra primera vez despidiendo el año allí y la pasamos excelente. El lugar es muy acogedor, es cómodo, está en excelentes condiciones, se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Sin duda alguna volveremos!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with rooftop terrace with ocean views was the perfect fit for our family vacation. It is just a few minute drive to the ferry terminal making a day outing to Culebra Island possible. A day trip to San Juan is also easily done. The apartment is modern, well appointed, and fully air conditioned. Communication with Yanira was excellent! Fully recommended!

Loved Karen's location, she kept in contact and she was helpful. I am coming back to her place when I visit Naguabo again. 🤗

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with an amazing view.

Doris place was nice. She was very helpful with any questions. Only bad things were no central ac but she has lots a fans to keep you cool. Also the location was about 30-1 hr from everything we wanted to do. Other than that 10/10
