Absolutely beautiful place! HUGE BALCONY with the MOST AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO! You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo, I’d honestly call it a penthouse with a huge wrap around balcony and private master balcony!

Location, location, location! Just a short drive to the beaches, and walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and entertainment. Very nice place and would definitely stay here again.

Colleen from start to finish was extremely professional and responsive to any and all questions I had both prior to arrival and during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to get away and just relax. The private pools with gate codes added a level of comfort and made you feel right at home. The listing is in a perfect location with tons of things to do right on the property. The beach was perfect, shockingly it wasn't crowded for how amazing the weather was and there are chairs available to use. We couldn't have been happier with our trip and certainly look to come back in the years to come. Colleen definitely has a perfect location for all. We had a lovely stay at The Pearl Suite. It was just perfect! Charming decor, comfortable furniture, plenty of space...it had it all. The location was very good, walked everywhere in downtown Apalachicola. Very much enjoyed our stay!

This place is such a gem. We couldn’t have been happier. We booked for Memorial Weekend, the views of the bay are gorgeous! The private beach is so serene and peaceful. The paddle boards and kayaks are a nice added touch. We laid out, went for a swim, packed a picnic down there. There was a couple that joined us at sunset but for the most part we had it to ourselves, lucky! The daily breakfast is fantastic. I am still thinking about the breakfast casserole. The room was perfect. The attention detail is on point. They truly thought of everything we could possibly need. We were half way through our trip when we stayed here,, so having a washer and dryer was an added bonus we didnt know we needed! We will be back and this will be our go to! Thank you again!

How many reviews do you rough draft to ensure that your economy of speech makes best use of the finite characters available? I am rarely so eager to write a review. I’ve traveled the world, and I’ve never had a better experience than I did at Jubilee Suites. This is NOT hyperbole. Every detail has been thought of and executed to perfection. Read the property features and look at the photos, but your experience will likely exceed any expectation you have. We were fortunate to get in because of a last minute cancellation, and I now can’t image having stayed anywhere else. The family and staff that own and operate this property could give a B&B masterclass, but the love the family brings that establishes the palpable vibe you feel during your stay could not be replicated. Consider yourself fortunate if you get an opportunity to stay here. Don’t miss the breakfast. The food is outstanding, and so is the company. The cats are in on the overachieving southern hospitality game too.

Amazing location, right by the beach. Large property, the pool is in next building. Apparently not all units have a balcony, and it wasn’t clear if my booking would have one (it did). Responsive host. Resort style check-in made things smooth during arrival and departure.

Kurt’s place was great. For a family of 8, it’s close quarters but that is to be expected. I think the only thing that would make this spot better is a little more storage/shelves for your belongings, but again we are a family of 8 and maxed out the capacity! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time here, and felt it was a good value for the price. The view is fantastic, and you can get delicious food, cocktails and treats without leaving the property. The calamari at the on site restaurant is the best we've had. If you like sushi, try The Slippery Mermaid only a few minutes away - amazing food and wonderful service! This was a special and memorable trip for us and we commemorated it with a souvenir tattoo at the nearby Ocean Wave Tattoo shop, which I highly recommend.

Holiday Terrace was such a great spot to stay at, it was right on the beach and the view was amazing. It was clean and the host was very responsive.

We loved our stay! The condo was fully furnished, down to a pizza pan! The kitchen had all types of supplies. The view was amazing, and Amanda was always responsive and helpful. We were there to enjoy the beach, which we could easily do. The condo is an easy walk to a few delicious restaurants, a cute ice cream shop, and several shops. It’s not in the midst of all the hustle and bustle, although you can hear Front Street from the bedroom. The hall bunks are large enough for an adult to sleep in, and the beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms was so nice! We had a great time and would return!

We have always wanted to spend an extended vacation at the beach and we finally did! We were extremely happy with the location, the wonderful view and also that it was a smaller condo building. This meant easy in and out, not crowded elevators ect. The carts in the lobby were a godsend! I needed to communicate with Brandy a couple of times and she was polite and very responsive! It was a fantastic stay and we would love to do it again!

My family enjoyed the location, we were directly across the street from the beach which made things easy to tote back and forth. We would definitely stay again.

They are a great host that both responds quickly and has a very conveniently located and clean condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to any others looking for condos in the Panama City Beach area!

Right across the street from the beach, easy access to everything. The bed was so comfortable and we had plenty of towels and toiletries for the weekend. Our Wi-Fi was struggling at first but Carlos responded very quick and we got it figured out. Definitely a good place for the price and location.

Great view! Great location! We were able to dock our boat and had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Home was clean and nice. Hosts were responsive with any needs or questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here a long weekend and we have to admit that this place was lovely and perfect for our vacation. Extremely clean and cozy with a great view and a convenient location. Great atmosphere and the hospitality was incredible. Totally recommend it for you and your loved one to relax and enjoy life.

I highly recommend this condo!! It was pristine!! So clean, so nice and well done!! It's clearly had amazing upgrades and it's a perfect spot for the ocean view and right down to the beach and pool!!! Bill was amazing to communicate with! We will be back!!!

This beachside Airbnb was perfect — clean, cozy, and just steps from the ocean. The unit is on the first floor, which made it super convenient to bring things in and out through the back door, with parking right outside. The location was peaceful yet close to restaurants and shops. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again! Just a heads-up: there are several stairs to get down to the beach, which might be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.

Perfect for my needs.

This perfect little studio is great! The design and storage space worked perfectly for myself, my daughter and grand baby. We enjoyed our time so much that we asked to extend our stay.
