Holiday rentals with beach access in Florida Panhandle

This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful studio. It was quiet and quaint, very peaceful and just what I needed for the night while I waited for my hotel to be ready the next day! I appreciate the rental and have no complaints or problems! Thank you for the stay!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Had an amazing girls trip with my daughter and grand daughter. Location is perfect. The room was exactly as described with absolutely no issues. Host was incredible and constantly checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for your next beach getaway!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! We appreciated being able to check in earlier. Nice to have access to a pool and grocery store. We had a great time despite all the rain and would definitely stay here again :).

The stay was great. Steve was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the condo staff not so much. Completely out of Steve’s control but I had a man beat on our door and request I leave my door open for a hour so maintenance could paint. It woke my baby up when he knocked. Was so rude especially since we were on vacation and trying to relax. Steve was nice and helpful during the uncomfortable situation, but we ended up leaving a day early because of how weird we felt after we told them no.

We had a lovely stay! It was in such a wonderful location, the bed was very comfortable, the accommodations were nice, and communication with Taylor was excellent would highly recommend.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We have travelled to this area for years and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Gorgeous house, plenty of space for our big family. We had a blast with the golf cart, E-bikes and video games. Beach chairs were in excellent condition. House was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is they made us leave , I could have stayed forever LOL . Even accommodated a late check out. Communication is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers . Thanks Darin for the best Mother’s Day a mom could have.

Nichole’s home is beautiful, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the neighbor next door, he was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We spent so much time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, I have hundreds of pics! Beds were super comfortable and we slept so well without any outside noise. Nichole was a gracious host, we would love to stay at her place again!

Absolutely lovely in every detail well communicated great location to 30a and close to pier park. Pool was amazing and professionally maintained Access to beach was impressive very little effort to enjoy a beach day easy paking great pathways to water. Interior is first class. And the accommodation for pets is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The ocean view was absolutely perfect waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with that view was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was my first trip with AirBnB and I have to admit I was more than a little apprehensive about how the process would play out. I opted to try contracting with Igor and Madison's home based on location and appearance. They were very quick to reach out, show interest in my background and determine my reason for interest in their property. Upon passing their tenant screening (they legitimately want visitors who will care for their home, not trash it), they frequently touched base over the four month period leading up to our visit. They provided valuable tips about the area (from local eateries, emergency medical care (utilized within the first 18 hrs in PCB) and public beach access (within very easy walking distance). Messages we sent regarding questions about the visit were responded to, WITHOUT fail, within 10 to 20 minutes. Our experience with Igor and Madison was Top-Notch. Immaculate home, clear house rules/expectations and desire for our experience to be great. A 6 out of 5!

Our family really enjoyed Rob's beautiful home. The views and sunsets are spectacular and the layout of the home is really nice and great for baby walkers and movement of the little ones. Only complaint I have is that our time there went way too fast.

We absolutely loved staying here! There was a tram to take us to the beach but when we decided to drive ourselves the parking for the beach was very easy and less than 5 min walk to the beach. Also when we had questions he answered quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We booked our stay in August of 2024. I messaged Julie soon after, asking if the condo was beach front like the picture showed. She responded quickly with pictures that matched the Airbnb pictures. She also provided all the information I needed about the condo and surrounding restaurants and activities without having to ask. Her recommendations were great, she is the best host!! We will be in touch with her for our return to Destin!! We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed!! There are 3 really important things we look for in a stay: cleanliness, a working air conditioner and comfortable bed, so a superb host is an extra treat!!! Anyone who gets to have Julie as their host is blessed!!!

WHERE TO START?! BOOK THIS CONDO, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Everything about this place is outstanding! We had the most amazing time. It is maintained spectacularly! As well as the amenities! You can tell all around everyone cares about this property. The pools were amazing. Such a short distance to the beach. Excellent location for everything you could want to do. I could go on for days but you just need to experience it for yourself! We cannot wait to book again for next year!

We had a great experience at our beach getaway. We were impressed by our host’s responsiveness and ease of communication. We had no problems during our stay. The view from the balcony was fantastic and led to some great memories of watching the beach with dinner. In summary we had a great time and would stay here again.

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

The space was great! I travelled alone to visit my adult son. I didn’t want to stay with him and his roommates and this place was perfect. I was able to ride the shuttle to the beach, (it’s across the street). I was able to walk to The Wharf at night, and I felt safe. Security is walking around the property. I will be back and forth so I’m hoping this place is available each time. Thank you so much!

The condo was clean, modern, updated, and beautifully decorated. It was right on the beach and close driving distance to all kinds of activities. The pool was nice and clean. Host was very responsive. We had plenty of room for all of our kids and us. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a family vacation to PCB.

This was our 3rd year staying at Kelly's condo. It is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. It is just as described, looks just like the photos, and is very clean. We were pleasantly surprised this year to see a new, huge walk in shower. It is a 1st Floor unit ( there is a short set of stairs ) so we never had to use the elevator. While there is alot going on in the street out front....the condo feels private and it is very quiet. We did have an issue this year and needed to communicate with Kelly. We received responses quickly each time we texted, and the issue was swiftly resolved. We were very pleased with the way it was handled. I only mention this because I think it is important to know that Kelly is attentive to the needs of her guests. You will love your Panama City Beach vacation staying at Kelly's condo!
