We had a great stay. Host was very quick with communication and we had everything we needed. I would 100% book again.

This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

5 star rating!!! I really enjoyed our stay! I will definitely be back! It was so peaceful, the house was very clean! The location is close to everything and the pictures matched the actual house! This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Some highlights: • The place was very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. • Beds were very comfortable — we all slept great. • Plenty of bath towels were provided, which was appreciated. • The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans and the complimentary bag of Starbucks coffee for the first morning was a thoughtful touch. • There was a 6-person golf cart included which was a definite bonus and made getting around very easy. • Four bikes were also included, which we enjoyed using during our stay. A few inconveniences: • Beach towels were not provided, so make sure to bring your own. • Supplies such as toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) were limited. • Early check-in was not allowed, and we weren’t permitted to leave our bags on the property if arriving before check-in time, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this property and location.

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and was easy with small children. The house is beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. So close to Seaside and excellent restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

The place is great and nice, I like the gated community and golf cart access so we didn’t have to take our cars out very often. Just a short 5 min golf cart drive to the beach. My family enjoyed staying here a lot. Kids definitely enjoyed the bunk beds. Host also has a variety of beach amenities ready so we didn’t have to rent anything at the beach, which is so nice. They also have beach ball and toys. Will book again.

Lovely home, the kids had a blast & not to mention that everything was close by 10/10, highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach townhouse! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and ended each evening with a sunset walk along the shore. The townhouse was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach wagon and towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or a fun-filled beach adventure, this spot truly has it all. Just got back from our stay and we LOVED our visit! EJ and Kimber gave us a bunch of information from the start and we loved following their insta page to bookmark some spots before our trip. They were responsive, flexible with our check-in, and checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. There were so many details that made us feel more comfortable, labels on the lights, games and puzzles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, the toiletries (including liquid soap instead of those awful hotel bars!), printed directions in the laundry and by the trash cans, and lots of hangers and space to unpack. We loved the location, it was easy to grab drinks at the big chill or order lunch to eat by the pool. Our favorite beach access was the Deer Park, it was closest and the walk was pretty. We never had an issue finding parking or a good spot at the beach! Thank you so much EJ and Kimber!

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

This was a great stay! The condo is right by the pool so when we had to take a break from the heat with our 6 week old, we sat on the porch and felt like we were still vibing by the pool! The tiki bar is a great addition to the fun! Lots of nice people just having a good time!

AJ and Jenise were phenomenal hosts. Their instructions were clear and concise. They were responsive to any questions we had. Their home was spotless and well set up. It helped us feel right at home while being away from home. I would highly recommend anyone stay at any of AJ and Jenise’s homes.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 6 (youngest was 15). The beds were soooo comfortable and everything (especially the kitchen) was very well stocked. Nice being able to laundry and the internet worked great too. The pool was a nice bonus and everyone was so friendly. Check-in with the keypad was very easy since part of our group arrived around midnight and the other half at 5:30am. We visited some of the places featured in the binder that was provided and can't wait to stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.
