The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Great place to stay!

The home was excellent for our needs. Plenty of room and very clean. Somewhat secluded. Access to the pier for fishing was an excellent added bonus for the avid fishermen in our group. Jana was very proactive in providing information and responded immediately to any questions or needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! The place was larger than I expected and perfect for two people. The best part was location. We walked downtown for shopping and dining every day of our trip!

This spot is perfect for a beach weekend. Literally a 10 minute walk down the street to public beach access. Very friendly neighborhood and not super busy with other tourist. Very close to other attractions in Destin. The spot also was good for us. Very cozy spot. There is a frog pond right next to the space. It can be interesting if that’s what you’re into. They are kind of loud at night. Would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a great weekend in Destin. David also personally welcomed us upon our arrival and check in.

Great location & easy walk to beach! The beach chairs and umbrella were an extra plus during our stay. The kitchen is on the second floor with a spiral staircase and stairs to enter, so if have mobility issues this may need to be considered. Great stay and will plan to rent again!

Larry & Kelly were truly amazing hosts!!! Everything listed on this app was exactly as such in the cottage we rented from them. Kelly greeted us in such a kind manner when we first arrived and was very welcoming. Both hosts were active in messaging us to see if we needed any extra toiletries or paper products and answering any questions we had about where to go while on our stay. The cottage was clean & provided everything we needed with no issues. Larry & Kelly helped make my honeymoon with my husband easier and extremely relaxing. Whenever we come back, it is our hope they will be available to book again! Wonderful home, lots of privacy, great hosts! 10/10 for my first time booking an AirBnB.

The care, planning and skill that went into to building the space are apparent. Loved the lay-out, building materials and decorating, Easy walk to shops, restaurants, galleries, and, of course bars! The architecture in this quaint town is a delight. The village has a friendly old-south vibe with just the right touch of modern sophistication…. Unique without being trendy nor tacky. So pleased we stopped by. Beth is very helpful and responsive.

It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I! Close to town and easy to get to. Julie was easy to contact and provided everything we asked for or needed! Will stay again!

I stayed at this great little place to attend a wedding in the area. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures, and even had a few extra thoughtful touches (welcome treats, coffee/tea/water). I was staying alone, but this would have been perfect for 2 people as well. The bathroom was a little small, but had all the amenities you'd possibly need. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this place was beautifully clean. I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, yet it was also really convenient to nearby points of interest. I was able to do some sightseeing in both Fairhope (to the south) and Mobile (to the west) on the same day. Yohana, the host, was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great spot to stay! Only about 25 minutes from the beach and local state park, and also near downtown. The space you stay in is lovely but the outdoor areas are even lovelier with several places to enjoy views of the river. Chris is an excellent host (super friendly and the space was immaculate) and I would absolutely rent this space out again if it worked out.

This was the most precious cottage!!! Katie was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Will absolutely stay here again if I am in the area!!! The bed was super comfortable and the little courtyard was so peaceful.

This stay was just what we needed. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Our host was amazing and very responsive. It felt cozy and made me feel right at home. The location is great—close to the beach and popular attractions. I enjoyed my time here and plan to return. I’ll definitely book again.

Our stay at Siesta Cottage was wonderful. Didn’t get to meet Lesley but Doug went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The cottage had every you might need plus extras and was super clean. Definitely a 5 star experience and we will be back. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. This was our second time at this residence and we loved it. It’s in a great location and close driving range to the beach. Perfect for 1-2 people!!

We had an amazing experience at the Bunkie. Katie gave very clear instructions on how to check in and find her home because the GPS wasn’t always accurate. Check in was smooth and seamless and everything was exactly as pictured. The tiny house was extremely clean and accommodations were very well thought out. The location was beautiful, serene and peaceful and a very short drive to the beach making this location the both of best worlds. Katie went above and beyond in making us feel at home and she exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. Thanks so much for an amazing time!

Our stay was absolutely incredible!!! It’s such a peaceful, clean and perfect place to get away for 2. It’s stocked with everything you need and has little extra amenities. I have to agree with the former reviews about Jennifer’s coffee cake - it was divine! We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place! Clean coastal decor. Beautiful quiet setting. Wonderful amenities. Enjoyed biking, walking, playing pickleball and using the weight room, and especially loved the large infinity pool. Great area on 30a as it’s close to beach and good restaurants like Stinky’s.

The Blue Pansy was such a beautiful home for our extended vacation. Upon arriving into this beautiful decorated and great smelling home, we saw a personal welcome greeting us, and then in the kitchen next to a bowl of snacks was a hand written note welcoming us. We had done some food shopping before getting to the house, not being familiar with AirBB's, but Vermonda had provided some basics, even if we hadn't gotten to the store, we would of had coffee in the morning, a big plus!! The house is as shown in the pictures,really homey, and very comfortable. Perfect for us, a couple with family nearby, who was visiting for our high school grandsons graduation. My son already had a housefull, so we were only to happy to have our own home away from home. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to the shopping centers, and only half hour to Pensacola. I told my son to make sure he tells his friends that when they come to visit, to check out The Blue Pansy, they will not be disappointed. ♡

Lovely place exactly as advertised! Clean and updated. Brad and Dana were extremely responsive. The room is situated quite nicely in a quiet neighborhood and is close to beach, town and some nice restaurants. Easy access to 30a and key roads so you can get anywhere fast. We had a great stay in the pool house! There was a ton of space and the pool was fantastic. John was very responsive to messages leading up to the trip and during our stay. He let us know that the ice maker and water dispenser were not working on the fridge, and provided us with ice and bottled water which was thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location was great. It was easy to get to multiple beaches and downtown Pensacola. I would recommend this spot for anyone vacationing in the Pensacola area!

Anita’s place was perfect for our vacation! She checked on us during our stay and went the extra miles for us! If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! We loved the coffee bar she provides. 😊
