Monthly Rentals in Florida Afuera

We loved this space! First off the place was lovely in so many ways. It was super clean which is always my top priority but it also had some amazing amenities. The AC was powerful and cooled the entire space. The bed was extremely comfortable and had super soft sheets and pillows. The coffeemaker was fantastic and made some very solid coffee. And finally the host, Dana, was super responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. So overall a great stay and I would recommend this wonderful space and this host.

This was a perfect location for our vacation, central to points of interest like the mall and restaurants. The community is quiet and safe. Apartment cleanliness was 5 stars. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and is spacious. Netflix is a plus. Air conditioner worked great. A huge bonus was the well stocked first aid kit. Vehicle parking is in your own garage. We were even greeted with a piece of cake and balloon for our anniversary. Highly recommend this place and will be staying again.

Nelda is a great host, and the place was beautiful and clean. It's a bit outside the city, located in a countryside neighborhood—which is the best part if you enjoy nature and want a break from the city. You can hear hens clucking in the morning and see cattle grazing nearby.
