The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. This is a beautiful unique place. Eating breakfast on the deck in the morning light greeted by sagui (sp?) and butterflies was a treat. Close to beautiful places like Lagoinha do Leste.

. Clean and pleasant apartment, with modern and well-kept furniture. We stayed for three nights and everything was excellent. There is a supermarket at the door of the building, as well as a pizzeria and several food options nearby — we hardly left the apartment, as we had everything at hand! The view from the penthouse was a spectacle in itself. What a beautiful landscape! Florianópolis is truly the Island of Magic. It was well worth the stay!

We love the apartment! Everything in very good taste. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location ( on the street of the beach) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was ready to answer the questions and was ready to help us with what it took. We'll be back for sure.

Dirk’s place was such a big surprise! This place has everything you need for a long stay. It's well equipped, clean, next to everything, easy to find, and very safe. Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. Ney, was a very helpful host, and polite, when I asked for information responded promptly. the location is great, in a few minutes you are in the center or on the northern beaches of the island, for us it was perfect.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!

Carolina's apartment is outstanding! Larger than most rooms at Il Campanário, which surprised us a lot. The bed was good, the shower was good. It had a mini kitchen (small electric stove, microwave). I recommend it!
