Holiday rentals with a pool in Florianópolis

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

My stay was simply perfect! The site is exactly as described, very clean, cozy and well located. The host was super helpful and attentive from the start, always available to help with any questions or needs. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to those looking for comfort and a great reception!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.
