The stay was great, the apartment is central (which means the noise starts early), the apartment is according to the photos (there is just no washing machine), but it met all my expectations, Leonardo always responded very quickly and was super helpful at check-in and checkout times. Everything in great condition, very well equipped and the building staff always very kind.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

The apartment is just like in the photos, it has everything to cook, the hammock is very nice! Great location, pier and beach two blocks away, minimarkets one block away, Almir and his wife were very kind, they recommended places to go, we arrived before check-in and they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and they prepared the apartment, as well as at check-out they offered to keep our things, wonderful!! I recommend it 100%!!!!

The place is as described in the listing, it is very comfortable and clean. Lucelia and Nicolas are very friendly and in contact to help solve everything. it is very close to supermarkets, bars and the beach rio tavares that is beautiful ❤️ we hope to return soon 😊

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

The appartment is amazing, just as it is in the photos. Close to the market, pharmacy, bakery, beach… anyway, we were very happy with the stay. Patrícia and Patrick were great hosts!!

The accommodation of Lucas was according to the listing, large, clean and beautiful apartment, close to the beaches of the English and Santinho. The Host was super kind, and even gave some location tips. Super recommend to anyone who wants to stay.

Romeo’s place is a piece of heaven on Earth! Small and quiet fisherman village in south Floripa, a place you’ll never forget. I stayed for only two days but managed to make friends all around the neighborhood! Beautiful place and amazing people. The view of the duplex is simply stunning! I needed extra towels and Romeo managed to send me via the sweet lady that cleans the place, Sandra. I can’t wait to come back on Summertime!!! Highly recommend this place!

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

Everything was impeccable: clean, organized, and fragrant. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and well-maintained. Luxury and nature. We really enjoy the contact with animals, the surrounding nature and the vegetable garden, which is a differential. It was a major renovation! It is an excellent environment for resting, studying and home office, our needs for those dates — very comfortable, with fast and stable internet, which made everything easier. The experience was great from start to finish. We recommend it and will definitely return.

Great stay, great location and great host! Our family enjoyed the house, it was clean, spacious and Janaina was quick to respond and always very helpful. Great central location and just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. We especially loved that there were beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Highly recommend!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience!
