great place, perfect for resting, all very organized and in contact with nature

We came to Fernando’s place, after having spent some days in Jurere, and because we had a wedding nearby. The place exceeded our expectations of relaxation. The house is in a beautiful location with a great view of the bay and mainland Brazil, and overall it’s very quiet and peaceful there (there is a road but it’s not too travelled). We had everything we needed and Adilson (who lives in a property nearby) was super helfpul with the checkin, local recommendations and anything else we needed. The airconditioning was perfect to ensure we stayed cool during the hot and humid days, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the surrounding and the game/dining area which was great to have a barbecue with friends in the evening. There’s some small beaches nearby and we also trailed from the house to Lagoa to Peri one day, which was great! Fernando and everyone else were super proactive, kind and even accommodating to our early and late checkout. Thank you so much for the stay!

Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an amazing view. It was my second time on Costa da Lagoa, a still preserved place where it is possible to approach nature and elemental beings. Boat transport is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I will return when possible ✨

Tatiani is a very kind and pleasant host. Everything we asked for was a response and even more! Gave us endless worthwhile recommendations in the area. Constantly made sure our stay was pleasant and welcoming. Even gave us the option to keep things after our check out without any problem and ahead of us the check in because she had an option for that. Her home provided us with an excellent value at a very affordable price. The property is located in a quiet and good place but not far from central places and in general the house is stunning and very magical! Tatiani is a lovely woman with an equal property, we were 8 friends They loved every moment of their stay, in short you will not be disappointed!

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Me and my girlfriend celebrated 02 years of dating in this house. A great experience, worthwhile, an amazing view, contact with nature, close to Armação beach, Lagoa do Peri and several other points in the South of the Island. It takes a little physical capacity to get to the house, but it's worth it!

Great location with safe parking, short walk to an awesome trail that takes you into the beach. Kind and accommodating host.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Location is great in a highly secure building. Pool and gym were nice and sufficient. WiFi works very very well and the apartment is well equipped. Tatiana was a great host who always responded quickly. She also provided great recommendations for activities in the city. I would stay here again.

I was in town for a work conference and was very happy I chose to stay a little farther away from town at Karol's place. The beach is just a few hundred meters away (you can walk their without shoes) and the place was super comfortable.

The apartment was clean, with good towels, cutlery and other utensils. Comfortable environment and everything works very well.

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

Great place, close to several beaches, the house matches the ad, small but very cozy. I loved the place and the neighbors are very friendly.

Jaque's place was wonderful and she was the most amazing host. From the moment I arrived she made me feel like I was completely at home and is one of the sweetest people I have met. She was so helpful and even did my laundry for me one day which was so nice of her. The place is nice with everything you need, in a good location, and it is an amazing deal. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Giovana's apartment exceeded our expectations. Excellent space and location and Giovana was very agile and solicitous in meeting our demands. We would stay there again, for sure.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

The stay was great! The house was super clean, just like in the photos. Endreo welcomed us very well, always attentive and available. The place is beautiful, quiet and perfect for resting. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a good experience!

Spotless place Really very beautiful!!

Great experience in the forest lodging with the comfort of a great cottage with affection. Barbecue and wood stove . The hosts are exceptional people, great kindness , we feel at home. Nature is preserved as an Atlantic forest natural forest with several wild animals such as diverse birds, flocks of toucans and monkeys and marmosets . It has a wonderful trail overlooking the hilltop and can get a fantastic view. I highly recommend it.

We travel from Argentina, with my partner and a small pet. The cabin is in a strategic location, close to several beaches, but in turn, immersed in nature, which gives it warmth and a lot of peace. In our one week stay, we were able to feed the monkeys that appeared there, observe toucans and various birds, simply contemplate the immensity of the flora and fauna that live there. Rock has been very nice to us, we take Romeo, our dog, and he was able to enjoy the park and all the facilities without any danger. As an observation, I just note that all the sounds of the upper cabin are heard, that would be the only point to improve, beyond that, the stay was a 10. Thank you very much Rock for opening the doors of that great home for us, we felt right at home and hope to come back at some point. a hug. Clari y Rodrigo

exactly like the pictures. the view is breathtaking and the place is quiet and peaceful. we loved so much that we extended our stay. Jordan was very attentive and helpful and we appreciate that. the Chalé has everything we could probably need and it is so cozy and beautiful. the bed didn't fit 2 people but the couch. web and hammock helped with it lol easily. the way to the chalé is easy to find and walkable, around 5 minutes from the villa. we can't wait to come back and we definitely recommend it.

the best place I have stayed! in addition to having a beautiful connection with nature ,the excellent hosts,always attentive in case we needed something and very detailed ,thank you for all the things that left us that made us feel at home ,really great attention and the magical place, lots of fauna and we saw even monitos in the patio

the chalet is very beautiful, cozy, clean and well thought out. We love the bathtub. And the surroundings of the chalet are also very comfortable. In no way you regret renting this airbnb 😍
