Wonderful stay, your Arnaldo is great, always helping us, and the Maninho a cuteness. We only have to praise for the stay, great location and quiet place. Super indico!!

Our stay in Florianópolis was great! The view is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the full kitchen with washing machine was very useful. The apartment is well located, beautiful and well lit. As I worked from home, having several spaces (2 tables, hammock, sofa, poufs) was a differential. Communication with Felipe was excellent, always quick and helpful. I recommend it!

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we need. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, gym.. Everything of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

Comfortable apartment for 3/4 people. The only bad thing is the bathroom in the room the rest is perfect. I would add an electric oven. Relatively close to the beach and the super.

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Really good location everything was really good , the pool , the room and the service of the people , Just the checkout that needs to be really quick took them a while but other than crazy

Great apartment, quiet place, shops nearby. Extremely clean apartment, dishes in great condition, equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen well clean and comfortable. José Henrique was a great host, very attentive to everything I needed. The coffee powder, detergent, sponge and small comforts for the arriving guest make a difference. I'll be back for sure!

The space is really great. The structure and the view are spectacular.

The room is exactly as in the photos, beautiful, with very well-kept furniture and utensils. The boys are super attentive! The terrace is too beautiful. We had a little difficulty only with the entrance, because it is right on the hill and the access with the car is narrow, with unevenness. But the rest is excellent!

I felt very good at Isadora's house! It is in a very special place on the island and is extremely well cared for and well decorated. It has everything you need to be super well installed (and inspired!). Beyond the house, communication with Isadora went really well - and meeting Magali was a highlight! I was very well received and treated! I highly recommend <3

Very clean and organized apartment! Large and comfortable bed, fragrant bathroom. The access instructions are very clear, our stay was very smooth. I highly recommend it!

Nice place in central location and great host.

It was nicer and more welcoming than I expected. The location is excellent, unbeatable since it has a supermarket in front, pharmacy next door and very nice downtown around. The instructions were so clear that there was no need to be in constant communication. Everything works fine in the loft. Transit safe area. We would definitely come back.

Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Good accommodation, with air conditioning and good kitchen. It also has a space for cleaning clothes.

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.

A rare gem for working remotely! Great WiFi, spacious enough for 2, large kitchen, very close to the shops, and relatively close to the lagoon where you can rent kayaks, etc. Andreia was really friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Portuguese. Some very thoughtful touches like water cooler and some snacks were very appreciated.

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.

Loft As seen in the photos. Central for the exit to the road, a little far from beaches but who like to drive is entertained. Quiet place, comfortable, clean loft. Special for two people. The only one but is that an air conditioner is missing but with the fans it solves the humid heat a little. Everything else is fine🇨🇱

I spent one month as Rafael's place and it so far was the best I have stayed in Floripa given the location and the price. The apartment was very cozy with everything I needed and a beautiful mountain view outside the window. He is also super sweet and always ready to help. I definitely recommend his place
