Holiday rentals with beach access in Florianópolis

Makiam is a great host. Always attentive and willing to guide us whatever our doubt might be. He is a very careful and tasteful host in decoration. It offers good quality crockery, cutlery, bowls and other kitchen utensils. We felt at home, clean and fragrant. On another occasion we will be back. Thanks.

Great place to stay! You feel at home, it has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The entrance is beautiful, it has a Paraguayan hammock, chairs and refrigerator to take to the beach, cleaning supplies, an armchair and a TV table to enjoy during the night, the kitchen very well equipped, it had two blenders, coffee maker, electric pava and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is very clean and complete. The only thing uncomfortable was the sleeping mattress, the rest is very good! It is a small place but for two people it is ideal, do not worry about the space because everything is perfectly accommodated! The neighborhood is quiet, you can walk, we prefer to use uber, but a few blocks away there is an avenue with several businesses, restaurants and an excellent hypermarket. The beach can also be reached by walking. It was a pleasure staying in this house, and it's definitely a place to recommend!

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. The mercadito 24hrs has muyyy good prices and accept pix. Breakfast in Beto very rich. Very grateful to Carlos. Wonderful stay 🥰

The house has unimaginable views, it's very spacious, comfortable and es bella. It is in a prime location, which makes the stay spectacular. Jessica and her mom were always very attentive to our concerns.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. A quiet condominium, with a whole infrastructure such as swimming pool, fitness center, playground and playground. We highly recommend! Thank you, team! See you soon.

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. The host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with whatever is needed. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.

Very well located apartment by the sea, close to restaurants and bars and with a market right in front. Excellent place. I was able to work and travel as planned! A beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise, I slept and woke up to the sound of the waves!
