Apartment holiday rentals in Florence

Schon wenn man bei Bryan durch das Gartentor tritt, fühlt man sich sofort in ein toskanisches Paradies versetzt. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl und willkommen. Bryan und seine Frau sind wundervolle, herzliche Gastgeber. Von hier aus lassen sich viele bekannte toskanische Städte, wie Florenz, Arezzo oder Siena, erkunden.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! There was enough space for our family of 3 and everything was well taken care of. The location is great with amazing food and shops around and walking distance to the train station which was really helpful. The host was easy to get ahold of too! The only downside was a narrow stairway up to the apartment so carrying our luggage up was more challenging, but still doable! Would definitely recommend this stay (:

The apartment was as described, it was comfortable, clean and has lovely views. Check-in was easy, the team were in touch in the run up to our stay and so everything was very easy. They were really helpful, responsive and very friendly. The location is amazing. It's central and so it's a brilliant base to explore the city from. You have markets, restaurants, shops, and historic buildings and tourist spots all around you. Being so central does mean noise from people, live music, traffic and the bells! That's just a fact of the location but we found it added to the experience- it's not a criticism, just something to consider. We had such an amazing time and loved our time in the apartment and would happily stay there again. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment in Florence. Located near a lot of great restaurants and walkable to other areas of the city where we went for tours. The restaurant recommendations given were excellent (just make sure you heed their note to make reservations!) easy check in/check out. The lift in the apartment makes it easy to get luggage up the stairs. AC unit in the kitchen and bedroom worked very well. Only had one hiccup during our stay when the key was changed, but it was sorted out timely.

피렌체에서 여행을 더 기억에 남게 해준 너무 완벽했던 숙소였습니다. Dania는 너무 반갑게 맞이해주었으며 숙소에 대한 설명을 아주 꼼꼼하게 해주었습니다. 숙소 내부는 에어비앤비에 올라와 있던 사진들 보다 훨씬 더 좋았어요. 공간도 아주 넓었고 침구와 주방이 아주 깨끗했으며, 화장실도 깔끔했고 무엇보다 테라스가 마음에 들었습니다. 위치는 주요 관광지를 버스로 이동할 수 있는 거리라서 관광지를 돌아보기에 너무 편리했어요. 너무 너무 좋았던 피렌체 숙소라서 다음에 피렌체에 오게 된다면 다시 머물고 싶어요!

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Exactly as listed, great location to be a tourist. Our favourite place that we’ve stayed in Florence. Great to cook at home. Marco was lovely and responsive.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Beautiful one of a kind Airbnb in the heart of Prato. I highly recommend you rent this place, you can easily get to Florence in 25 mins by train, and discover the hidden gem that Prato is.

Alles was geweldig. Je kunt je geen betere gastvrouw en gastheer voorstellen als Paola en Enrico! Reageren altijd, heel vriendelijk, hele goede tips! Het appartement voelt helemaal als thuis. Goede plek in de stad. Wij doen alles op de fiets. Perfect!

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Nous avons été de suite sous le charme de cette propriété. Tout ici compose l'image qu'on peut se faire de la belle campagne Toscane. Tout en haut de la colline surplombant la vallée, la vue y est splendide et romantique. La propriété a été renovée avec le confort d'aujourd'hui tout en conservant son âme d'autrefois. On s'y sent de suite bien, l'energie est bienfaisante, la nature, les animaux, tout est en harmonie! L'accueil, la cuisine d'Oscar, la superbe piscine, la terrasse ombragée, les petits-dejeuners copieux fait maison! C'est plus qu'un coup de coeur, cet endroit est une pépite! Nous reviendrons!

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.

You won't find a better location — you're literally just steps from the Duomo and the main square. Everything is within walking distance, and there's incredible gelato right across the street. We had a great stay; the apartment had everything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence. It's on the third floor, but there's an elevator, which made bringing up our suitcases so much easier

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Als je in Toscane wil verblijven en in een klein paradijs terecht wil komen, boek dan deze Airbnb! Alles klopt en is fijn aan deze plek. We voelden ons compleet thuis en hadden graag langer willen blijven. We hopen ooit terug te keren!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Stefano war sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude am Pool und dem Spielplatz. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Internet. Also falls jemand eine zuverlässige und schnelle Internetverbindung braucht, sollte man vorab mit dem Host checken, ob die Probleme behoben sind. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt.

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.
