Dan’s place was excellent, as described, and in a perfect location. He was also very helpful and communicated well. I would gladly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! A quiet place that is close to everything and with views of the city that are un matched. Look no further, book this amazing paradise in Florence now!

The guide from Firenze station to the house was very straight forward and it allowed me to get out of the station very quickly. The house was extremely clean, the bedding, the bathroom, everything was impeccably clean. The only regret was that there was no elevator, but I already knew about it in advance so it wasn't a problem. The instructions for use in the accommodation were also very easy to read and the host's friendly smile and guidance will be a memory that I will remember for a long time. I put your handmade magnet on my refrig.

I would highly recommend staying at Marco’s for anyone visiting Florence. His place is a very quick walk away to the train station and there are lots of amazing restaurants nearby to try out. Marco was very fast in communicating and made our stay very pleasant. The place was clean and true to the listing.

Perfect stay in Florence - excellent central location, huge apartment, very clean, comfy bed, quiet at night, water pressure good in the shower. Truly nothing else to ask for! Amazing choice for a Florence stay!

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. We loved our stay at Nadia’s! The most comfortable beds we slept in during our entire 10 day trip to beautiful Italy. Very clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. 20 minute walk to downtown Florence. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Nadia was very kind and communicative. Would recommend this cozy stay!

Alessandro was a great host. Really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Also there was a really cute dog, that gave kisses every morning! The area is cute, quiet and local, and we were within walking distance from the wedding, we were going to. The price is really good for everything that you get from this place! Flavia est une hôte charmante et très attentionnée. Sa maison est magnifique, c'est une maison de famille fin XIXème, très belle, avec de grandes pièces, de jolis meubles, des terrasses avec une vue superbe sur les collines de Toscane. Sa maison est idéale pour une visite en famille de la Toscane l'été, car située en altitude, elle garde des températures agréables, même en période de grosse chaleur. Enfin, le village de Saltino est sympathique et animé, avec des commerces, des cafés et des restaurants, et la forêt tout autour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paola Giovanna’s lovely home. Paola and her whole family were welcoming, warm and helpful. We really enjoyed an Italian cooking class with Paola’s grandson, Thomas! We also enjoyed wine tasting at Paola’s neighbour, Buondonno. This residence truly provided an exceptional Tuscan experience!!

Everything about this place is beautiful, exactly what you dream of when imagining a Tuscan getaway. The property is lovely and serene - an ideal place to watch the sun set. The amenities are lovely and top quality. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Idyllic. Beautiful place to recharge while being in easy reach of Florence and Sienna. After reading the previous review I was concerned it would be all that private. However, it was totally private. Francesca’s home is detached from the house and the outdoor areas (pool, dining and bbq) are screened by the buildings.

It was our first time in Florence and Tommaso was extremely helpful with local information and food suggestions. We loved the space - especially the skylight in the main bedroom. Tommaso helped us get a taxi to the airport extremely early in the morning and it was so helpful.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

There are no words to describe this wonderful vacation, the house is beautiful, the host is wonderful, the location is in the middle between the cities, the cleanliness of the place, everything is wonderful, wonderful. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful vacation.

We loved our stay here! The beds were really comfy, very cozy and calm interior. With lots of cool vintage pieces all over the house to look at. The apartment was super close to the city, took us maybe 20 minutes max to get to and from most of our desired locations. And Adriana was so sweet, she even left some little treats in the house for us. I saw some complaints of noise, but Florence is a city like any other, it has night life. For us being from NY this wasn’t a bother at all. It was still a relatively quiet street and still close to downtown. We slept great every night we were there :)

Die Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man Florenz entdecken möchte. Die Ausstattung und die zentrale Lage sind eine super Kombination für ein paar schöne Tage in der Stadt. Das einzige Manko ist ein leichter Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer.

Bellissima casa corrispondente alle foto : arredata benissimo e pulitissima. Benedetta risponde subito ed è un host perfetto : fornisce tutte le info anche per i luoghi intorno dove mangiare e fare colazione . Peccato non aver soggiornato quando la piscina è aperta , ma spero di tornare 💜

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!
