Ample private off-street parking, boats & trailers welcome. KnollTop is perfect for boaters, motorcyclists, car enthusiasts & travelers of all kind. Wheelchair/walker friendly. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.
