Monthly Rentals in Fethiye Island

Very beautiful, well situated, washing wachine came in handy! Great restaurants and cafes right below. Although the street is very lively at night there was no noise at all from the appartement. Only downfall is parking was very difficult around the area and was far from the entrance (since it's on a pedestrian street).

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Pros: 1. Very clean and nice rooms. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable. With everything I need! 2. The garden is lovely and the room is beautiful. 3. Price is good. Very worthy! 4. Communication is very smooth. Host is really kind and responsive. Always reply very promptly. Cons: 1. The location is not that closed to city center so need to take a taxi - not a big deal cuz it’s really a small town 2. It’s closed to the main road so there will be noise from the car passing by - for me it’s acceptable

It was a very quiet and calm villa experience that you should literally have a holiday. The pool and villa were cleaner than they should be. It was away from the noise and car sounds due to its location. It is centrally located, with an average distance of 10-15 minutes to all the bays that need to be visited and seen.
