I feel very confident this is the most stunning property on the island! It’s magical. We had a few small hiccups, but Joao was extremely responsive and helped us resolve them quickly. The only thing I would mention is that the glass makes a lot of noise when it is changing temp, which you get use to, and it’s worth the floor to ceiling windows, but it’s just something to be aware of. Thanks Joao!!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. A lovely mixture of old Azorean style and modern touches. Very comfortable bed, clean and comfortable house and a well stocked kitchen. It’s a beautiful spot, and we would not hesitate to book again. Hosts are very responsive and were helpful in arranging our breakfast basket to be delivered earlier due to being early risers. 5 stars!

Tiago is in my top five Airbnbs anywhere in the world. I am very used to it, and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of response, as well as everything he offered. He gave us very clear instructions and the accommodation was exactly what we expected. Of course, you need a car to visit the surroundings. There is a large free parking lot if your friends want to come and join you. Tiago left us a lot of gifts, I've never seen anything like it in my life. The accommodation is equipped, more than you will need. The courtyard and garden are indescribable. You must not miss the hanging chairs. The garden is also perfect for eating outside. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and Tiago is really a great host who was a great help in making the stay enjoyable. He gave us a lot of advice that led to some wonderful surprises. We ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.

Our stay was great! The home is in a quiet neighborhood high on the clift's edge with views of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly by. Vasco was super helpful. He sent a long list of activity and restaurant suggestions and we found some unique spots thanks to the list! The island is so beautiful! I highly recommend this place and a visit to the island. The locals were friendly. The location of the house was a good location to easily visit any part of the island since it is located in the middle of the island.
