The apartment is fantastic and perfectly suited our needs, the area was very convenient for reaching the center in a few minutes. Beatrice was very kind and always available for every need.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Spacious apartment well equipped kitchen, comfortable surroundings it feels like home. The grounds are immaculate it is designed to make you feel comfortable. Biggest challenge is that it's so nice you don't want to leave. We are using it as a base camp as we travel through Italy. Nice sense your location for that. You will need a car but five kilometers away there is a train station. Short drive to all needed groceries and other times. If we come back to Italy we will try to stay here.

Riccardo and Mara made us feel like family; hospitality, availability and courtesy are the traits that distinguish their hospitality. If you intend to spend a pleasant stay in Cento, in a sheltered and quiet place, Riccardo and Mara are absolutely the best hosts! Everything is very clean and cared for down to the smallest detail, and it was very nice despite our short stay (but we hope to repeat it as soon as possible). We hope they'll want us as guests again. Thank you both so much for everything!

Everything went well. This place had a lot of stuff which is convenient if you plan to stay for one week or more. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful.

Villa is wonderful oldshool place, where we felt like in heaven. Thomas and Fabriccio are very helpful and kind person. We really enjoyed our stay and we were really surprised what type of service for your needs and dinner u can get at the Villa “for free”. We can definitely recommend Villa Padus and these two gentlemen, if you want to enjoy peace and explore the village side of Italy, not only the city. Thank you both guys.

The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

Very comfortable place and ideal location to visit the area

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

This place is such a gem—so peaceful and serene, it really feels like a getaway. Lilette is just amazing, hosting us with such warmth and care. Both she and Elijson were super helpful, always making sure our stay was smooth. And Frida? We’re definitely going to miss that adorable sweetie—she’s just the cutest! It all felt complete, and we can’t wait to come back.

Very pleasant house in the center of Ferrara, the house opens up on the pleasant streets of the city, which is nothing short of friendly. In the house there is every comfort with two nice and modern bedrooms. The bathroom is very functional with a large shower. The accommodation ends in a kitchenette that opens to a very nice and spacious courtyard. The house has every element to be comfortable in addition to being very well cleaned! We recommend both Ferrara and this apartment for both being fulfilling and more satisfying!

Good location with respect to the city center, quiet and reserved place. But accurate and detailed schematic communications. In the house, all the important services are working. Weaknesses some maintenance and basic cleaning.

Miriam has good advice on what to visit nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival you have already some coffee, milk, salmon and spaghetti in the cupboard. The place feels unique as it is not equipped with the ubiquitous ikea furniture. The terrace in the well-maintained garden is refreshing when sun is out. Quiet neigbourhood, we slept well. A supermarket closeby has everything you need. We would gladly return, thx !

Virna's apartment is newly and nicely renovated with modern appliances, efficient double AC unit, including a washing machine. Virna is very friendly and she was right at the property when we arrived and she explained every detail carefully leaving a primary and secondary phone reference for questions and emergencies. She was generous to leave some things (eggs, juice, water) in the fridge for us. However, the building is located in a part of town that may seem concerning or disappointing when you first arrive. We never felt unsafe there and local people is very friendly and the area is quiet during the night, but the overall appearance of the neighborhood and the outside of the building is not as appealing as the inside of the unit. Local restaurants/bar (Bar Commenda, for a delicious morning's cappuccino and pastry)/ice cream parlor/supermarket are in a short walking distance, and parking was never an issue. Using apps maps for directions made navigation in the area very simple.

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire structure with a spectacular pool for the summer and an impeccable room and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention the super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I get back there!

Great Place and Great Communication!

We stayed with my husband with my husband in Antonella's apartment for 2 days. The apartment in a pedestrian area in the center ,for us who arrived in Ferrara by train, turned out to be in a very convenient location that allowed us to walk to the main points of interest. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matched the description shown. Antonella was very kind and helpful. I think we'll be back. Silvia &Luca
