The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable. A few steps from the center and easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and in a convenient location to reach the big cities of the area. Paolo was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back if I happen to be in the area again

Me and my family spent a couple of days at Michele's place and I can honestly say that we all thought that we have never met such nice and helpful hosts like him and his wife. Their attention to detail, friendliness and helpfulness is what impressed us the most. The houses looked exactly like in the photos, they were very clean, modern, located in a quiet and peaceful area and we ended up feeling like home. It was a great experience. Thank you for everything!

Everything is fine, nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Very quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the center. The essentials in the kitchen were there (although I would have put a couple of bottles of water to welcome guests). Super spectacular huge shower, water jet waterfall style and very hot!!! Everything was perfect! The only "oddity" was that there were no face/hand towels. I called the host and he told me that they generally don't put them because "they disappear". I said that it didn't seem like a "healthy" policy not to put them and that it was a bit extravagant as a thing. He offered to give them to me, but I found another way. I would suggest to the Host, given their concern about the towels, to charge for them later in case of "disappearance". Otherwise, highly recommended!!

We found the apartment practical and convenient. Definitely, if you're passing through, it's a great choice. Very spacious, tidy rooms . The fully equipped kitchen. Giuseppe, the host was very kind and professional, always available for any of our requests. As for the distance, it is still relative because despite being a halfhour walk away from the center, it is easily accessible thanks to the pedestrian areas available.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. We only stopped for one night to work and attend a concert. Marcello was very kind and helpful for check-in. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. It is very close to Piazza Trento Trieste and the Estense castle. Highly recommended!

The apartment is the most beautiful in Ferrara. Modern, stylish, centrally located with private parking – that's all you can! It's really not cheap, but it's worth the price. But now I'll stop praising, otherwise we won't get a place for us next time we come back – and we'll!

This accommodation is several times bigger than the photos, clean, comfortable and perfect like my home. Onsikgu met me, and it was so kind. Snacks. Coffee. Water. Uryo.Cookies. It's a lovely one with plenty of ingredients for cooking and full of recognition. I stayed for 2 nights because of the schedule, but I highly recommend taking a break for a long time.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Jewish ghettto. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The place is very stylish and has everything you need. Giorgio was responsive and friendly,highly recommend.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Staying at Lucia and Vittorio's house is like staying at home, the hosts are really exquisite people, kindness, hospitality, cordiality and respect for privacy. The room is perfect for two people, the en-suite bathroom is extremely comfortable, there is everything you need. For those traveling by car, the parking space in the courtyard is very convenient. The location is truly strategic: a stone's throw from the center and in an area with restaurants and bars, and very quiet and sheltered in the evening. If I go back to Ferrara, I already know where to go!
