We were in town for work and this was the perfect location for a downtown Ferndale weekend. The home was clean, well decorated, and the perfect size for us! Sam was a very responsive and helpful host, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming two-bedroom home in Royal Oak. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The bedrooms were cozy with quality linens, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to cook meals

Fantastic, incredibly accomadating hosts! We were so grateful Giovanni allowed us to have an earlier check in and later check out due to our weird flight schedules. The house itself is well appointed and within walking distance to all Ferndale has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Staycation Windsor is a phenomenal property. My group came here for a bachelor party and we barely wanted to leave the house. There’s so much to do you’re guaranteed to find something for everyone. A heated pool, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, darts, golf, you name it. Beautiful indoor and outdoor kitchens. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Windsor, this is the place.

Had an amazing time being back in Michigan for a graduation and Philips house worked perfect for my family with the main floor bedrooms and bathroom but also having a private master upstairs.

Staying at this condo was great. Everything was spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it was enjoying a cozy breakfast in the kitchen, lounging in the comfortable living room with great conversation, or stepping out to explore the local area, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. This Airbnb provided the perfect home away from home, and I’ll always look back on the time spent there with gratitude. I can’t recommend it enough!

Jeff was a great host during my 3-4 month stay there. the neighborhood is very quiant and brings a nice environment for your pets. any complication that came up(very few) were fixed immediately. the house has a very nice layout and is very modern and maintained. great for extended stays!

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

We stayed at Cameron's place for a couple of nights in June 2025. We were in town for a family event but wanted to make a weekend out of it. Cameron provided excellent recommendations given our family with small children. The home was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located close to our family activities in Troy and the Detroit Zoo. Ish was a great host and the house in Madison Heights was the perfect home base for us as we explored Detroit. It was super cozy for us to come back to and the sun room+backyard was a great setting to hang around the house as we enjoyed the start of summer. Would recommend and hope to be back!

Lara’s home was perfect for our stay in Royal Oak. We felt right at home in her beautiful, historic home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We loved walking the neighborhoods and making our way downtown for dining and entertainment. Lara’s great communication gave us all the info we needed to settle in.
