Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ferndale

This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

Parking in back is tight if you have a larger car. Safe location. The place had all the kitchen amenities needed-a small stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. I saw an iron and a hairdryer but didn’t need them. The white towels were nice and clean, plus the queen bed was very soft & comfortable. The white sheets were also comfy and clean. The place is dated and has that older studio feel (I chose not to soak in the tub) yet it was very tidy and maintained. The place has character. The area is tree lined, and was quiet and walkable. We did not use the tv. It’s a good value and I would recommend for a short stay and for a business trip it was ideal. Thank you!

20 minutes we came here for four nights because of a medical procedure. it was nicer to stay here than in a hotel. It's a very short drive to some good restaurants. for example Como's for Detroit Pizza, really nice outdoor seating. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Always a great place to stay. But the checkin process is annoying as hell and intrusive. I already verified my identity Airbnb. Making me go through the whole ID process again is absurd and frustrating.

The home is packed with thoughtful amenities, from well-stocked kitchen essentials to entertainment options that kept the kids happy for hours. The surrounding area is just as inviting, giving the whole family plenty to explore and enjoy. highly recommend!

Fantastic, incredibly accomadating hosts! We were so grateful Giovanni allowed us to have an earlier check in and later check out due to our weird flight schedules. The house itself is well appointed and within walking distance to all Ferndale has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Staying at this condo was great. Everything was spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it was enjoying a cozy breakfast in the kitchen, lounging in the comfortable living room with great conversation, or stepping out to explore the local area, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. I loved staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The market across the street is amazing!!! I felt like I could've lived here forever and been happy. Entry and exit process were both very easy. The host was accommodating and the laundry facilities in the basement were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
