Holiday rentals with a patio in Ferndale

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Nice stay that was a short Lyft from the city. uber rides were never over $12 which was really helpful for getting around. The neighborhood was close to lots of great Mexican food. Bedroom had an AC unit next to bed which made for comfortable sleeping. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions for self check in. Great value

Again a five star resort stay. This is my fourth visit. From Windsor originally, I love old Walkerville and this sure tops a hotel. Zachary and Victoria are amazing hosts. I will stay here always. The stove wasn’t working… an hour later, new stove. Thanks again

Our stay was great! It was very clean with a cozy feel. Perfect set up with a full bath for each bedroom. My husband and I both thought the bedding and bed itself were very comfy. Love the balcony too. Ubered to Ford Field and dining. I would stay again.

Beautiful, clean home with extremely comfortable beds in a perfect location for anything downtown. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

4th time staying here and this is by far the best Airbnb ever! The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a long day and they always have the best wine selection.

We had a fantastic stay at Diana’s Ferndale Airbnb! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Diana was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her helpfulness and attention to detail really stood out. We’re definitely planning to book this place again soon. Highly recommend!

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Brent’s place. It was spotless, cozy and comfortable and had everything we could need and more! The escape room element was so fun and the fact that Brent took the time to personalize it was an extra surprise. Brent was really helpful and lots of fun to chat with. Clawson has lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, which was a big bonus!

Second time staying here and it was perfect. I will be staying here any time I am in town!

Nimrat’s home was the perfect place for our stay. Family friendly and a great location. Walking distance to a couple parks for kids and the house was so cozy. Perfect distance to downtown Detroit as we were in town for a concert. Would love to rent again if needed. Great place to stay in Royal Oak.

Loved our stay to visit family in the area! We will use this house often in the future. Safe area, quiet neighborhood but close to lots of conveniences. Clean, comfy beds, roomy, and had laundry on site!! We enjoyed the back patio every evening. Nice neighbors as well.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. This will always be my first go to. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay at this beautiful home.

Clean comfortable furnishings with all the amenities. Relaxing time in a quiet safe neighborhood. Austin was a great host and responsive to our needs. Will definitely book again.

Justin’s place was Amazing! He was easy to work with. We did have a problem trying to figure out how to lock back door but he sent video of process and we were able to solve. The location is perfect access to midtown and downtown. Whole Foods around the corner.

I loved the place, very comfortable

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

This space was truly beautiful. The neighbourhood is lively at night with the bar below, and so peaceful in the morning with a great coffee shop steps away. There were some little tokens in the airbnb to get a discount at either the bar or coffee shop, which was a nice bonus that was not expected but much appreciated. The apartment has many lovely local places nearby, and just about anything you want to do is within 10-15 minutes driving. The hosts were very responsive and helped us in a pinch when I accidentally locked myself out! Checking in and out was a breeze. If I end up back in Detroit, this will be the place I book again as long as it’s available. I will be dreaming of that beautiful kitchen for a long time.

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
