It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

The very sunny and modern apartment is located in a very nice, green, quiet, safe and clean upper middle class community in Munich. It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

Our small, fine apartment is especially suitable for solo travelers, e.g. for people who travel on business (trade fair ICM 10 minutes by car or express bus) or those who want to have a nice time at the gates of Munich (17 km). The Alps as well as Tegernsee or Chiemsee are also a stone's throw away. Various supermarkets, drugstore, delis and restaurants - Bavarian, Italian and Asian cuisine - are within walking distance.

Great apartment on the first floor with separate entrance - proximity to the airport and S8 (S-Bahn towards the center) - travel time to the center 30-40 minutes - direct line to Marienplatz - good connection to the highway. Very bright apartment with single kitchen, bathroom incl. Shower and toilet, desk, wardrobe and a single bed. If necessary, another mattress can be provided.

Perfect stay in a lovely home and neighbourhood. Hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and quick to communicate. 20 min train to the city, lovely bakery nearby. The place itself is spacious, clean, and 2 bedrooms was a plus. Would highly recommend and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next trip to Munich.

Christine warmly welcomed me and proactively described in advance exactly how I could best find her. We had great conversations and I felt very comfortable with her. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. There are several public transport options nearby, so you can easily get from A to B. The location is otherwise also very nice, some greenery in the immediate vicinity. I would gladly stay with her again at any time.
