Stayed a long time with our pets as well. Very easy and the house was very comfortable and decorated. The front office was great for remote work and the master bedroom / bathroom was huge. Favorite part was the screened in back porch. Very nice stay and I appreciated we could have our pets with us.

The Lake House is amazing. What a beautiful home with everything you need. It was great to be able to swim in the clean pool and fish at the lake. I high recommend staying here if you are in the area. The house was comfortable and cozy. We loved the screen in porch to enjoy the rainfall. We plan to come back! Kathy and her daughter were very kind and hospitable to me and my family. They were flexible where they could be and were very understanding of our situation. I’m grateful for their kindness and graciousness.

We stayed at Sage’s place for 3 days and had an unforgettable time. The house was clean, spacious, and packed with great amenities. The game room and pool table were a huge hit with our group, and we especially loved watching the NBA Finals on the two large screen TVs—it felt like we had our own private sports lounge! The barbecue grill was perfect for evening cookouts, and the layout of the home made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was exactly as listed, if not better. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had a welcoming, well-kept feel. Sage’s was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for a fun and chill weekend. Highly recommend this spot, and we’d definitely come back!

If you’re looking for a trip to Atlanta, Laura is the person to go with! Super responsive, and very helpful. Was flexible with check in time and when we arrived, we were greeted with snacks and a binder with food options and fun things to do around the city, which was super cool for our first trip to Atlanta. The Airbnb was also clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Staying at the Byers house was an unforgettable experience for our family — especially my three daughters who are huge fans of Stranger Things! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we’d been transported straight into the show. Every room was filled with authentic 1980s charm, and the attention to detail was incredible. The hosts went above and beyond — the freezer was stocked with Eggos (a big hit with the kids!), and they had bikes to ride, vinyl records to play, VHS tapes to watch, and even classic board games. It was more than just a place to stay; it was like living in another era, and we made some really special memories together. If you're a fan of the show or just love a nostalgic trip back in time, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s clear the hosts truly care about creating a magical experience. We’ll be talking about this trip for years to come!

We absolutely loved the home. It was beautiful inside and the back patio was amazing. There was large tvs in every room which is a plus. We will book everytime in Atlanta. 10000 🌟

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Peaceful, quiet. Safe to walk my dog. The chickens in the back were a cool touch :) very cozy and had everything I needed for a last minute stay in the city

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning was like a dream. The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We spent Father's Day Weekend in Serenbe and Dorothy's place was amazing! It's a suite/apartment in Dorothy's home but never felt like a basement. The ceilings are high and there was plenty of space. Dorothy was great at providing recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and events happening during the weekend. Would stay again!

Leslie is an amazing host! The place is clean and just what I need when I travel for work! The more important part….it is safe! I travel alone and feeling safe is as important as being safe. This place was safe and I felt safe!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Lovely apartment with great balcony!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
