Holiday rentals with a patio in Fayetteville

We absolutely loved our anniversary weekend at Stonegate Lodge! It was very clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool and the covered porch with the tv, music and fires at night. We’ve already booked to come back in September!

Natalie was a wonderful host! Her place is darling and she had wonderful amenities. It is a great location too! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for a weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was not even 5 minutes walking distance from dickson st., the perfect location! This will be my new go to place when I come to Fayetteville!

Beautifully decorated and comfy condo in a great spot just off Dickson St - not too loud but very easily accessible to restaurants, WAC, and night life. Brandie’s a great host with clear instructions and communication.

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

This is my second stay at Julie’s place. I love the convenience to downtown Fayetteville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park and playground just outside the back gate. Plenty of room inside, clean, stocked kitchen & bathrooms, games, toys, etc… we had everything needed. We visited Eureka Springs and Cosmic Caverns while there, which are about an hour away. I highly recommend Julie’s place and will stay here again when visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! A bevy of snacks greeted us - and even some bones for the pups. Also, a cabinet in the bathroom full of toiletries in case we forgot something and lots of little things we felt were really thoughtful. Such a great host!

Ashley is a superb host who is knowledgeable about this iconic Fay Jones home. Ashley adequately communicated all the essentials and more. After a tornado warning had passed, Ashley checked in to see if we were okay. Me being an architect, Ashley was gracious in responding to my questions regarding this historic home. All in all, staying in this Fay on Gray Ave. home is by far our best Airbnb experience.

Booked this home as a place to recover from a surgery. Liked that it had a full couch and two recliners along with full kitchen, dining table, and walk in shower. Very little steps at this home also made it easier to recover. The attached garage was also a nice amenity!! The home was very spacious with three large bedrooms and closets!!! Devin was so kind and responsive!! Great location for what we needed! Will definitely book this home again!!!

Monty was great! He stopped by and left us some Crumble Cookies!!! He was nice and kind. The house was great! Very cute in a great part of town. The house had a lot of character! Coffee shops nearby and the town square super close. To the sports parents, super close to the sports complex (baseball fields and swim center). We would stay again! No questions asked!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Wish the weather had been more cooperative and we could have enjoyed lake time. Do note- the trail to the lake is very steep and challenging after rain.

This place is absolutely amazing! We only stayed one night, but we wish we could’ve stayed longer. 😊 Chris and Nicole were incredibly kind and responsive, any questions we had, they answered right away and made everything seamless. It was spotless and beautifully decorated! We loved the guitars! We felt right at home. We were able to bring our puppy along, and she felt right at home too! They even had thoughtful touches like an extra leash and dog treats. So nice! The location is perfect; peaceful and quiet, with easy parking, and just a 5-minute walk into town. There’s even a great pizza spot right across the street! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was just right for a short stay. The mini fridge was big! My husband and I had such a great time and so did our pup!

Our stay here was amazing! Looks just like the pictures if not better. Everything was perfect, clean, and felt like home. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

Aspen and her team were super helpful. The condo was super nice and clean - my wife and I enjoyed our time. While it’s shared with other units around, it still felt private and secluded. Such a cool building to stay in with really cool history. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and very clean. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds. The condo is on a dead end street, which makes little to no traffic. The only slight negative thing I could possibly say, would be the train that runs close by. It didn’t bother me after I got use to the sound. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great stay. Easy to find, close to everything. Super clean and nicely decorated. Would stay again any time. Sad to our time in Fayetteville is over!
