Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Farmington

We loved our stay at Sarah’s farmhouse! From the beautiful Connecticut landscape to the adorable farmhouse furnishings and decor, everything about it was amazing! Sarah has thought of every little detail to make her guests feel right at home. We would highly recommend staying here while traveling through this lovely area!

Shawn created a special place here. Love all the details, especially the skateboards and music room. The hot tub was lovely after a long day of driving, I soaked again in the morning. ColecoVision console in the game room was so nostalgic along with a great selection of other games. I really enjoyed the grounds. Even wandered down to the dam/waterfall. My mother in law, son and wife all had their own space to stretch out. I could easily spend more time here, it is not just a place to lay your head for the night.

What a wonderful stay! We loved the location - beautiful view of the lake. House is very comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. Tracie and Sean were excellent in communicating everything we needed to know to have an enjoyable stay. We'll be back again with life jackets and fishing poles so we can enjoy some time on the lake!

This is a beautiful well maintained home in the heart of West Hartford. This was perfect for our long weekend event. It is a well situated home in perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The pictures are accurate and the home is as described. Mark is an excellent host.

This is a charming little New England home in a quiet neighborhood. It is within an hour's drive of Bradley International Airport, Hartford, and New Haven. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with forests, babbling brooks, and rolling hills. The house is well-appointed and has quality wood furniture throughout the home. We don't have children but there are several games to keep children (or the children-at-heart) entertained for hours. The beds are comfortable and clean. The remodeled bathroom is clean and has fresh, clean towels. This was a last-minute booking due to a dear family member passing and it was a relief to have all the comforts of home. There was even a garment steamer to tackle the wrinkles in my suit from traveling and an iron with ironing board if needed. All of this while being cheaper than a hotel!

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college and it was absolutely perfect. The cleanest and most generously stocked Airbnb I've stayed at. Extremely comfortable, convenient, calm and clean. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and both times were amazing. The place is PRISTINELY clean, it’s got everything you need without being too much, and it’s perfect for one or two guests. Anytime I’m up in WH, I plan to check this listing first- it’s my favorite!

Gracious host, friendly and responded very quickly. The Airbnb itself was pleasant, quite cozy with a pretty backyard/garden area. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to stay in the area

Jeri is a wonderful woman and host. The stay for my family of 4 was immaculate. Everything was clean, welcoming and homey. There were so many ammentities provided, it made our stay pleasant, easy, and super satisfactory!! Fresh eggs, cream, and butter at request. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets available! Washer and Dryer access and parking right next to the sliding doors for easy entry, loading and unloading was suuuuper convenient. All the coffee you want, if you're into that (I Am)! Plus she recommended some family friendly activities around the area which was very much appreciated. I can not say enough positive things, without using up all the characters provided to write this review; you will just have to go and see for yourself (: I recommend 100% - Thanks again to the wonderful hosts for providing a top notch stay during our trip to Conneticut. This was a delightful stay, and I wish we hadn't had so many family obligations so we could have enjoyed the place better. I so wanted to take time to relax on the beautiful and inviting back patio and just explore the property. I love historic places. We will definitely stay again next time we have family events in the area. Carol reached out to us and made us feel very welcome. We knew we had help if we needed something, but we didn't experience any issues at all, so didn't need to reach out. Great host for sure!!!

We were recently in town to visit family, staying at Traci’s made our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of the brook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thank you Traci!

The little studio apartment was so great and exceeded my expectations. So convenient to my friends’ place who live in Wilbraham, super clean, cute and cozy. She even provided some snacks which was so thoughtful! Heather was also incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

This was a quick trip to the area to break up the drive to a further destination. Joy's little 18thc apartment was perfect. Joy met and explained everything needed, and was very helpful with local suggestions for dining and activities.Was'nt here long enough to experience any of the hiking trails,.etc but truly seems like a place I'd like to return. if you're lucky, you will meet the inimitable Baloo!

We stayed at Ken’s place for a week. The place was quiet and peaceful, and very clean. It is close to most amenities and stores (Target, Costco, shop n stop). Ken was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Pete was very great person as a host . She treated us very well and I feel we felt like home great place to stay definitely be back.

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Cristina's home was great for our stay! She was extremely helpful even before we checked in, providing clear instructions on where to park and the location of the entrance. She even left out some toys for our son to play with during our time there. It's small space, but what we needed and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again, when we come back to the area!

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.
