The location is perfect. We were close to the station to bring us to Eisbee Lake. It was also had some great hiking right out the back door. Great view of the mountains!

Don't hesitate to book this place! We had a relaxing, very comfortable stay. Birgit was an exceptional host; friendly and accommodating, she responded to our every question and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some of our own food and we have never slept on a more comfortable sofa bed! (We were a party of 4.) Last, but certainly not least, was the majestic view! The mountain view is even better in person AND there is a waterfall view from the other end of the apartment that was a pleasant surprise upon our arrival! If we ever have the privilege of returning to the area, we would 100% book this stay again!

Theresa is a very nice host. she is proactive and always ready for help. she recommended several places to visit . she was available when we arrived. her house was clean and all the aminities are available. she offered Chocolate, drinks and fruits during our stay. she was realy nice to myfamily and specially my old mother visiting with us. very nice gesture from her. The house has lots of german articles, figurine and traditional german decoration. which may be quite new for many tourists. So overall nice place to stay in a small village.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location near Garmisch was optimal for us. Communication with Theresa was also very straightforward.

Farchant is a charming place - a bit quieter than Garmisch. The accommodation is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for 2 people. Gabi, the hostess, contributes greatly to a relaxed and interesting holiday with her friendly, warm-hearted manner and her always helpful information.

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was present and the living room provided plenty of space for the children to play. The host Suzanne was quick to respond. Beautiful area with a few small playgrounds within walking distance. Ski resort Garmisch is quickly accessible. This apartment is definitely worth the money and the surroundings beautiful so we definitely recommend this stay!

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

A cosy apartment with a really great view. You can reach great hiking trails on foot and by train you can reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a few minutes.

Great hiking opportunities, great places to eat and beautiful location. The covered balcony was great for watching the summer storms.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

Alberto's place was wonderful! Located in a quiet residential area, it was nonetheless close to anything you would need in the Garmisch-Partenkirch area. It is conveniently located to so many things you can do, both in Germany and just across the Austrian border. The attic apartment was large and pretty much had everything you would ever need. There wasn't anything that we lacked for. The apartment was clean and up to date with modern appliances. The parking was tight, but it is what it is. Just be careful and you will have no issues. Finally, Alberto invited me down for a cappuchino to discuss questions I had about the train system in Austria and Germany. He was very friendly, informative and always helped with anything we asked for. He often provided a demonstration of how things worked in his unit. I feel this personal touch sets Alberto apart from most hosts and made things much easier than constantly messaging over email or via the phone. I would highly recommend.

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.

We were extremely happy with the place, everything corresponded 100% to the description and we felt very comfortable, especially because the hosts always made us feel welcome. They were incredibly warm and always there for you, so we will only recommend this apartment to everyone and will be happy to come back. The apartment was very centrally located and from there you could do activities on foot in the center of Garmisch and also Partenkirchen as well as many walks and hikes to the nearby lakes, huts and sights. Katharina and Jeff Are incredible hosts - friendly, engaging and helpful with plenty of recommendations to fill your day. We felt welcomed and at home, and the apartment is private with incredible mountain views. We would gladly stay again and would say that our stay was one of our best AirBnB experiences.

Tido’s place is perfectly located in the center of the Zugspitze region and is the perfect home base for your Bavarian Alps vacation. Tido was extremely helpful, communicative and always available. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We came back here because we liked it so much the first time. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to give you a pleasant stay. There is also plenty to do and see in the beautiful surroundings.

I loved it, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, a 10-minute walk to the supermarket.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
