House holiday rentals in Fara Novarese

Federica is a fantastic host and the home was lovely. The location is a ~15 min taxi from the center of Turin (15-20 euro taxi) but lovely and quiet, lovely scenery, very quiet and a pool right in front of the property. You can also walk 20 mins downhill to some nearby nice restaurants. Breakfast food was provided, along with fresh warm bread and croissants every morning, which is such a lovely touch. Beds were very comfortable and there was a good kitchen with oven and hob for cooking. Great communication throughout too.

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Nice place, really lovely hosts, beautiful house and garden

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

We were 3 nights in the apartment. We enjoyed the hospitality of Emilio and Anna. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearby supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean, and tidy. We highly recommend that you have it.

Unfortunately, a few hours before our planned visit to Borgosesia a war broke out and we couldn't leave Israel! It's hard to describe how disappointed we were, especially after we had such good communication with Fabrizia, who was so friendly and helpful, and made us really look forward to our stay in her flat. When we informed Fabrizia we had to cancel our visit, she was really empathetic and understanding, and made sure we recieved our refund from Airbnb. We will definitely come and stay with Fabrizia as soon as possible, when the situation improves and we can travel again. Thank you, Fabrizia, for everything, and hopefully we'll see you very soon!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Mirella was very kind to meet any of our requests. The apartment was very nice and extremely clean, surrounded by a truly wonderful landscape. Drinks, water and coffee available. To improve the experience, a hand soap or shower soaps would definitely have been optimal. I'm sure I'll be back. Thanks!!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. The communication with Alberto was also super, always responded quickly and kindly. Alberto and Lorenza thank you for your hospitality, the chance that we will come again is great! We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. Innocenta was so kind and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. This beautiful apartment and Innocenta made our trip to Lake Como so memorable. We did not want to leave! Grazie mille ❤️

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

Our stay at Antonella’s place was great! She was super friendly and helpful, and everything was as described in the house. Beautiful decoration, kitchen with great amenities and in general a well maintained place. Highly recommend!

There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reports, I can basically only repeat and confirm them! The house is very nicely furnished with a great, new bathroom, a very comfortable bed (double room 1st floor) and plenty of storage space. Although the house has no air conditioning, we slept well with the excellent shading (electric wooden shutters!!) and the fans despite high temperatures. The view of the lake is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the well-equipped terrace! On the other hand, we found it very pleasant that you can easily reach all the restaurants and also the small lawn by the lake on foot. But apart from all the advantages of the house, one must especially emphasize the warm hospitality of Cristina and Paolo! Thanks again for this! I'm sure we'll be back in the next few years!
