We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Newport at this beautiful Victorian. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The owner did an amazing job making it feel comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the breakfast options too which was a nice touch. It’s in a perfect location only about a 10 minute walk from the Viking Hotel and close to everything we wanted to check out. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We had a very nice weekend staying at Karen's. Her place on Spring Street is walkable to many restaurants, shops, Thames Street and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and has good light. We would be happy to come back again.

Meredith's place was perfect for our weekend visit. We were there specifically for a wedding and realized the welcome party was right across the street at the Muse ( a local pub that it lots of fun with great food) other restaurants and activities within walking distance and as we didn't go to the beach, Its not too far of a drive:)

My husband and I had a wonderful long-weekend stay at Nicole's cottage in Bristol! It was located in a serene neighborhood near the water which was nice to walk down to throughout the day. We were close to downtown Bristol and an easy drive to Newport, too. This cottage was clean and adorably decorated with New England coastal charm. The bed was also very comfortable! We even enjoyed a night inside doing a puzzle, which the host provided, on one of the rainy evenings. Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay here and definitely recommend it!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

The house was wonderful and in a great location. Communication was clear with the hosts. Only feedback we would give was having more items in the kitchen like sheet pans, Tupperware, something to wipe the counters down, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place! It was the perfect, central location for all that we wanted to do during our long weekend; and our dog loved that she could join us! The beds were super comfy, I loved the aesthetic, and it was the perfect size for our family of five.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Truly the best Airbnb experience I have had. Hosts are kind and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed. House is spotless. Beds very comfortable. Perfect location with the beautiful water view. Great restaurants around. And easy trip to Boston from the local train station just 10 mins away! We hope to come back soon!!!

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

Ethan and Amy’s place was really nice and cozy. The kitchen and living room was beautiful and the rooms had plentiful space. Ethan was very responsive and helpful! Definitely staying here again if I am in the area!

Glenn was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions, his place is just as described in the pictures. The proximity to the train is definitely a big plus. Thank you for everything Glenn and James.
