I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Melissa's apartment is located in a secure buildiing in a quiet residential area north of the city centre but easily accessible on the main tram line (a 10 minute walk away) or using the no. 11 bus which stops almost outside the door. The apartment is of a good size and comfortable, the small kitchen fully equipped, the living area spacious with a smart TV. The large bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. While we did not get to meet Melissa personally, she was very responsive to messages and any questions we had. Overall, we felt at home at Melissa's place, it provided a convenient base for exploring the city and the hills behind, and we enjoyed our stay.

Laurent provided a travel cot for our baby, he was very responsive to our requests. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, you can cook there without worries and parking spaces are often available a few steps away. I recommend

I had a great 4-day stay in Nice! The apartment was clean, well-organized, and offered plenty of storage space, which made unpacking and settling in really easy. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Nice-Ville train station, which made getting around super convenient. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthieu’s apartment! 🏡✨ The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described — even better in person. The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at Marc and Françoise's place. The place is very beautiful and charming, and they are a great host who respects ones privacy. Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time staying at François’s home. The location was great being very close to the water and a short distance from old town. The home was in a quiet courtyard, but around the corner from the tram, making for easy transportation throughout the city! Françoise met us at the beginning of our check-in and helped show us around the home, provided us with amazing recommendations and even prepared a gift basket for us to enjoy! Overall, we loved staying at François’s beautiful home and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We have spent a wonderful few days in Bertrand's apartment which was exceptional in every way. Bertrand answered any queries we had quickly and was responsive and helpful. This place was as described; a wonderful and comfortable stay that felt like home. The apartment was spotless with a lot of natural light, close access to trains and walkable to restaurants, the sea, the main strip and old town. Levon was a great communicator throughout. I would definitely look to stay here again.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

We loved staying at Adrien’s place! He provided all the baby items we needed and was able to offer us recommendations for photographers and things to do! It was a short walk from the beach and felt very safe.

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
