Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

We had a lovely time at Jason's place for two nights. It is in a wonderful part of RI with great beaches and towns. The house was clean and very comfortable. Jason is an excellent communicator and gave very clear instructions for getting in, as well as managing there. Thank you, Jason!

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

This cabin was a wonderfully cozy stay for my group. One thing to note is the cabin is on a shared property with other buildings, including the sauna. The lake was beautiful and the Finnish Sauna next to the lake was a very unique touch that I'm glad we got to experience. Angela was a great host and provided clear communication on how to get to the cabin and check in/out. The cabin was compact but had all the bedding fit into it and even a bench inside. The fridge, microwave, and stovetop were all welcome additions to the cabin as well and we never had an issue with electricity. Definitely check this place out if the amenities interest you and you are passing through Connecticut.

Kathleen’s home is quaint, comfortable and offered outstanding views. Kathleen was friendly, very responsive and excited about her family home and the area. We highly recommend her home. Tom and Barbara

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sun- Kissed cottage! Meg was super responsive and helpful and the house was so charming and has beautiful views. Everything was very clean and clutter free. There were plenty of beach chairs and kayaks for everyone. We loved our stay!

Awesome little cottage for a week! We spent a whole week at this place and loved it! Tanya was so kind with instructions how to get in and was available for if we needed anything at all. The location is spectacular steps from the private beach, near some great restaurants and stores. The space is small but really all the essentials you need to have a relaxing quiet stay. Would definitely stay again and it’s the perfect place for a getaway.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

This was our second time staying at Paul’s home, and once again had a wonderful experience! Paul and Meredith are welcoming, kind, and friendly. The house is spacious, and has plenty of room for our family to enjoy a week together - relaxing, cooking and playing games. The views are beautiful, and we enjoyed lots of time bird watching and soaking it in. We enjoyed easy access to our favorite Cape restaurants and shopping. This home is perfect for a Cape getaway, and Paul is a fantastic host!

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett’s place. The apartment location can’t be beat, right on the water and walking distance to town but also nice and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the comfy living room and kitchen. Would recommend!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

We would rate this place 10 stars if we could. Mary Ellen and Danny were the most wonderful hosts and both incredibly friendly. The place was spotless and smelled divine. The little details and goodies made the stay perfect. We will absolutely be returning and have recommended this air b&b to our friends and family!

Matthew was receptive from the very beginning of our reservation. The home was is a beautiful location, very quiet and clean. The bathrooms were very "spa like", spacious and enough to accomadate an even larger group. I would highly recommend Matthew and his lovely home to anyone that needs to "get away from it all".

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

A lovely home with a lovely host! The house was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfortable. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating to our requests. We even extended our time for an additional week and it was a breeze. Beach is within walking distance and it was a nice local beach. Of course dog friendly is always a must for us and Izzy was welcome here. All in all a great stay in a great area! Highly Recommend. We will be back. Thank you for everything!!!!

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. We enjoyed the special touches to make it feel welcoming. Thanks for the “extras” you offered incase we forgot to bring anything. Everything was great. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great little house, cozy and welcoming. Nice beach just down the street. Beds very comfortable. The Coffee machine Keurig didn’t work for us, we could not figure it out, but luckily we brought our own gadget to make coffee. Loved the decor of the house.
