We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

house as shown in the photos, Enrico was kindly flexible on check-in; very quiet, in the heart of Fabriano, in a beautifully restored historical setting. Everything works properly in the house. Very satisfied

The apartment is very central and very clean. The host is very friendly. We would like to give some suggestions to improve the reception and stay. We only stayed one night, but we couldn't use the wifi because it didn't work and in the apartment there is no way that the phones can get a signal without the support of the wifi. Another suggestion is to take action on the bedroom window frames, as there was a lot of noise and young people lingering under the windows on Saturday night, making it very difficult to sleep. Perhaps with this additional measure, the situation can be effectively resolved.
