From the day of arrival I felt the attention and helpfulness of the hostess. I was picked up at the bus station, taken by my car to the supermarket and then to the suite. Who would do this once again if all is well. Helped to find the right dentist even in another city - I'm very grateful for that. Despite the fact that the suite was away from the center and adjacent to a busy street, the beach was close and perfectly located. Cleanliness and order - 100 points. Kitchen dishes and spices, hygiene products were in place, there was even a beach handball. I recommend it - you won't regret it.

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

Beautiful place, matches the pictures. The apartment is very clean and the furniture and dishes etc. are as good as new. We were provided with a welcome basket with some Cretan snacks, as well as some honey and wine from Manolis & Despina. The refrigerator was also filled with bread, cold cuts, fruit and water. The property is located a bit off the city center but is relatively quick to reach by car. Only the road to the house is easy to overlook on the first approach and the way up is a bit bumpy. Once at the top, you can't complain about an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and the bay opposite, as well as the tranquility. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
