There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the farmers market Baltijaama Turg.

The apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The quiet 1-bedroom faces the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system, guitar and a bike available for use.
