Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Essex

Joyce was quite responsive to my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plum Island has always been a favorite of ours, but the drive is long (2 hours without traffic). Getting to stay overnight, enjoy the sunsets and sunrises, easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to town made for a delightful stay. Joyce has put a lot of thought into every detail of the place....from the decor to the amenities....whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, etc. We can't wait to come back again!

Christian’s place was ideal for our short stay! It had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Location being only a short drive to Salem was perfect but also nice to spend time in the Beverly neighbourhood as well. I would definitely recommend staying there.

My husband and I booked with Gina for a weekend getaway with our 2 dogs. Gina was not only accommodating with us, she also put so much thought in our pups as well, setting up gates around the deck so they could run around without a worry. The space was beautiful, quaint, quiet, and out right beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful wonderful. I can express how amazing this spot was. I keep thinking about it. We stayed another 2 nights at a hotel but it is nothing like this place. We will definitely come back and the price was great too compared to hotels with no kitchen. It was clean, just absolutely perfect and few walking feet to south shore beach. I can keep going about how wonderful this Airbnb apartment is. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay in Rockport! The space was beautiful—thoughtfully decorated and perfect for our family. The host was super responsive and flexible, which made everything so easy from start to finish. We all slept wonderfully, thanks to the powerful A/C units in each bedroom and the peaceful, quiet nights. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need, from beach towels to the perfect touches for a lovely dinner table scape. Bonus: the view of the water was quite stunning to wake up to each morning :)

This was our second 3-night visit in two years for the four of us on a retreat, and we'll be back again next year. Lots of space, beautiful appointments, comfortable beds, absolutely completely equipped kitchen. An 18th century gem with a 21st century addition made it a special treat to stay there. Host was instantaneous on the few needs/questions we had. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful decor with high-quality furnishings & housewares. Ocean views were truly fabulous. Early morning coffee on the deck watching fishing boats go out was so peaceful. Kitchen well stocked with every spice you'd need from Whole Foods. Teas too. Has whatever you'll need- can't say enough- just bring clothes & groceries. You won't be disappointed. Easy to see why this is top rated!! Regarding the lay out: there are around 15 stairs from the basement level which has a nice entry way & laundry room. Main floor has a bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom on main level is walk in shower perfect if traveling with elderly. Upper floor has primary bedroom with King and amazing views as pictured. Also room with 2 twins and full bath. Perfect place. Would rent again if in the area!

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Our arrival was unexpectedly delayed but everything went so smoothly when we got there and we were welcomed with a well stocked refrigerator full of everything we would need for the next days breakfast. The house is charming with a great deck and a view of the harbor. Kat was so accommodating and easy to work with. My whole family loved this place and hope to cone back some day.

David and Jessica were wonderful hosts and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. My mom and sister and I had a great time and loved all of the recommendations for local restaurants that were within walking distance. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable- would absolutely stay again or recommend to others!

Anh was a wonderful host! Her home was clean and was a lovely walk into town and the beach as well as a great park. We had a little one and it was great that she had some fun books and toys she could use. Anh was very responsive anytime we had a question. Our family enjoyed our experience very much!

An eclectic spot with all you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable and cozy - washer & dryer a plus. Mimi and Manny are excellent hosts. Load-in is awesome - you can park very close to the side entrance. Quaint and charming.

Perfect hidden little gem in a quiet tucked away neighborhood of Marblehead. Visited this town a few times and this is the 2nd place we've stayed in. Both were great - in completely different neighborhoods. It was nice having our own parking space directly in front of the house. The house is pretty inside, bright and clean - very modern and updated. We loved having the TV's in both the LR and the BR. Not a thing I would change. It was nice having the private backyard for our dog - although she wasn't taking to the artificial turf for some reason! So we opted for walks around the lovely little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! Hayley was a FAB host!

Everything was great , the place is as exactly as described , super clean and organized. plus it's located right in the heart of Salem so it was super easy and quick to get back home from after our walking tour! Tristan was a great host

Kristen’s space was clean, comfortable and located perfectly! The generous supply of towels was appreciated as were the great selection of beverages and snacks. Parking was provided in an area where parking space is limited and we enjoyed walking to many lovely parks and shops. A wonderful grocery store is nearby with a marvelous selection of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables and fruits; an exceptional group of oils, spices and gourmet treats are available too! Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful inside. It fit our family of 7 comfortably and everyone had enough space. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Location was great for us and close to all of our destinations. Only issue was parking. Very hard to find a spot later in the evenings. Other then that I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.
