Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Essendon

Ashlea’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures though still managed to exceed our expectations. She went beyond providing just the essentials and directed us personally into the garage and car park to avoid any confusion. The space was clean and inviting, extremely spacious and took us no time to feel right at home. All the amenities and products you could possibly need (and then some) were provided for and easily accessible. The train station and supermarkets were also no more than a 5 minute walk. Ashlea was very responsive and aided us with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would and do plan on staying again!

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

The apartment is really convenient to everything in Moonee Ponds. The provision of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper was generous for a long stay. The location can sometimes be a bit noisy from the bar along the street, especially at weekends, and from cars exiting the car park underneath. There is a great open garden space on level three. Ryan and Rosa were quick to answer when I had a question. Altogether all you need in an excellent location.

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Melbourne. It was near everything, comfortable, clean, stunning views. Debbie is so friendly and helpful! I’d give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I’ve always struggled to find accommodation with a truly comfortable bed—most places have cheap, overly springy mattresses that just look nice. Not here. The mattress was the perfect medium firmness with zero springiness, and they even provide two sets of pillows (firm and soft) so you can choose what suits you best. The Wi-Fi speed was also top-tier—far better than the bare minimum you usually get elsewhere. Fantastic location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and an amazing host. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

Such a lovely place to stay in the heart of Brunswick. What was amazing was it was so quite, beautiful birds singing in the morning and it felt like you were miles away from the city.

New and very clean. Conveniently located to train and tram. Sunny and bright. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Perfect for a couple for a long weekend

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. A fabulous house within walking distance to town. The house was very clean and well presented with great air conditioning and plenty of appliances. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return!

The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. Very responsive and helpful hosts!

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
