Monthly Rentals in Esquiline Hill

This stylish modern apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. We loved the location, which was a stone's throw from the gorgeous Santa Maria Maggiore church, and easy walking distance from both the main train station and the colosseum. At the same time, it was down a quiet side street which meant that it was relatively quiet at night and felt far away from the main tourist thoroughfares. We could also access both metro lines in less than 10 minutes by foot. Allesandro was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome on arrival and gave some great tips on getting around and finding some hidden food gems as well as churches to view artworks for free. The kitchen was well-stocked and enabled us to cook at home when we chose to. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Rome at their own pace.

Svevo was a great host, always looking out for our arrival and our comfort. He gave us good local recommendations. The apartment is very comfortable for two people, the pillows were incredible. The hot water worked very well, but it only went to the right and not to the left (in case the detail is useful to anyone). I recommend it and would stay with Svevo again.

We loved our stay in Rome & Federico is an amazing host! He was super responsive and gave us the best recommendations of restaurants and local attractions for our short stay. The apartment was luxurious and in a prime location. Hope to be back soon!

Great apartment with walking distance to most of the main parts of the city! The apartment feels like you are staying at a friends house with all the extra amenities, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
